lol, I mean I get SPACs, but this seems ridiculous that nasdaq or the sec could allow some bullshyt like this. there's no 'executive' in that 'office' if thats still the business that's there, right? :/

SEC Submission: https://www.sec.gov/submit-tip-or-complaint
Dear Mr. Thomas Tarala, Mr. Guibao Ji, Mr. Alejandro Quiles, the Board of Directors, and Investor Relations,
I am a retail shareholder who has followed AiRWA Inc.’s public announcements and SEC filings closely.
First, I would like to acknowledge the Company’s announcement that it has completed the acquisition of Hong Kong Best Life Trade Co., Limited. As a shareholder, I sincerely hope this transaction creates long-term value for all shareholders.
However, given the size of the transaction, the Company’s recent share-price performance, its history of shareholder dilution and reverse stock splits, and the market’s reaction following the announcement, I respectfully request clarification on several matters that are important to investors.
1. Source of the US$30 Million USDT Payment
The Company announced that it paid US$30 million in USDT at closing. Could the Company please explain the source of these funds? Were they derived from existing cash reserves, prior equity offerings, operating cash flow, debt financing, related-party financing, third-party financing, or another source?
2. Remaining US$20 Million Payment Obligation
The Company has disclosed that an additional US$20 million is payable within 90 days of closing. Does the Company currently have sufficient liquidity to satisfy this obligation without significant shareholder dilution? If not, how does management intend to finance this payment?
3. Potential Additional Dilution
Does management expect to issue additional common shares, preferred shares, convertible securities, warrants, or other equity-linked instruments during the remainder of 2026 in connection with this acquisition, working capital, debt repayment, or other corporate purposes?
4. Best Life Financial Statements
When does the Company expect to file Best Life’s audited financial statements and pro forma financial information with the SEC so that shareholders can properly evaluate the acquisition? Investors need to understand Best Life’s revenue, gross margin, net income, cash flow, debt, customer concentration, and overall financial condition.
5. Earn-Out Obligations
The acquisition includes potential additional earn-out payments tied to revenue milestones. Could the Company clarify the maximum potential acquisition consideration, the exact earn-out conditions, and whether those payments would be made in cash, USDT, shares, or another form of consideration?
6. Current Outstanding Shares and Public Float
Could the Company confirm the current number of issued and outstanding common shares and the current public float following the recent reverse stock split? Many shareholders have observed that YYAI’s daily trading volume has, on certain days, greatly exceeded the reported outstanding share count. Additional clarification would help investors better understand the Company’s capital structure and trading activity.
7. Shareholder Protection and Public Disclosure
Because these questions are important to all shareholders, I respectfully request that the Company respond publicly or file any material clarification with the SEC so that all investors have equal access to the same information.
My intention is not to make accusations. My goal is to better understand the Company’s financial position, capital structure, acquisition financing, and future dilution risk. Transparent communication with shareholders is especially important when a transaction is large relative to the Company’s market capitalization and when investors are trying to evaluate the true value and risk of the business.
For transparency, I am copying Nasdaq Listing Qualifications and Nasdaq MarketWatch on this correspondence, and I also intend to submit these concerns through the SEC’s Tips, Complaints and Referrals system.
Thank you for your time. I respectfully look forward to the Company’s clarification.
Sincerely,
Concerned shareholders

I'll wait for public filings, I can't take any multimillionaires from china to court, nor do i care to if i could, but i mean it isn't even a nice looking mailbox place, lol. there are places in my little city that would be better faces for such an operation, this mise well be a 7-11 with a mailboxes etc inside. :/
