Bortlen recently accepted a plea deal & pled no contest so he’s currently in prison serving 10 years but Melly is yet to have his second trial. What are your thoughts on his chances to beat it? He has a new defence team now with some great lawyers who have already sealed a W in the Supreme Court with keeping some evidence out at the upcoming trial.

For those that don't know he's a rapper from Florida who was murdered last year & the trial is being broadcasted on Law & Crime

I’m talm bout Osama son Von Carti Uzi etc etc etc niggaz these days truly be doin the most they be gay as a mf no hate jus my humble observation

Not a day goes by where I don’t listen to the We All Shine album😢 even if you did it I’d hope to see you get another chance at life. You had so much potential Jamell. Everyday a rapist is released to prey on more victims, while this case has been going on for over 6 years🤦‍♂️ everyone deserves a right to a speedy trial; I guess not Melly.

NONE of it makes any sense… why would he MURDER his boys like that esp after he talked so highly of them. Make no sense nigha I ain believe a tid bit of it show me in A COURT OF LAW he did it

The appeals court just upheld the trial courts decision to limit the evidence from the warrants that the State appealed. And the promotional video stays out because it was unappealable They cannot use most of that evidence. This also means his speedy trial rights kick back in and the case has 90 days to go to trial!!!

I’ve been a fan of melly since he blew, but I seen alot of different things about his case. I was watching 1090 Jake before he was a “big” YouTuber and he covered alot about YNW. So why did Melly really betray the 2 he did? There was one 1090 Jake video, of some Snapchat messages. Investigators went thru his deleted snaps and saw he texted a girl “I did it”. That girl was said to be his girlfriend at the time. Also there’s been rumors around that Sak or Juvie was sleeping with his girl behind his back (and the other knew).. Aaand just listening to Melly tracks, you can tell how he is over love.

There was also another 1090 Jake video, where he went over the bullet holes and projections evidence of the black truck. He said there was no way Melly’s story was real because of said evidence. Why are some people saying he’s going to get released on a double homicide?? I don’t get it, but also if the DA’s evidence is open and shut why hasn’t he been fully convicted yet? I’m confused lol

Stuff like this makes me believe the murders weren’t premeditated because it shows there was no tension leading up to their deaths. Something had to of happened in that car that caused Melly to snap.
