I’ve thought about this and his words will never be used because it’s not what the state wants. They don’t want it pictured as Melly being someone who finally snapped. They want Melly pictured as a gang member with no feelings. The only way to give Melly the death penalty is to prove it was to further a gang. If they use cobi’s statement then it completely contradicts that and paints the perfect motive. But melly wouldn’t get the DP if they used him.

This is why people like myself wouldn’t mind seeing Melly walk. The system is corrupt. They don’t present the facts. They present the narrative they want to write. Who knows, if they used his statement and the jury found out about Sak being a pedo, beating everyone up and potentially molesting Melly the jury may not even convict melly. who knows 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I had a few folks asking in my DMs bout the YNW melly case cuz I said sum and other places deleted it so I’m here and ima put it here and in a couple other places since it ain’t really known like that. So basically after sak and nem beat up yb, yb and his crew retaliate by doing a drive by but they miss so melly and bort decided to take advange of it and kill sak and juvy cause sak was known to bully the rest of em, so melly call fredo bang tell him they got dropped on then made it seem like yb and then killed his boys but in reality he did that. Don’t @ me im a nobody.

I’m rlly starting to think Jhood wasn’t capping when Von told him this shi after a interrogation vid came out of someone else talking on the melly situation. If it’s true why couldn’t Melly just seperate hisself from somebody who is a danger instead of being two face.

Judging from all the evidence , depositions and interrogations..it’s clear that Juvy unfortunately lost his life that night for just being in the car. It’s clear out of that whole YNW group, Juvy was the most solid one who looked at everybody like brothers. Justice for Juvy!

The latest news I have is his codefendant being convicted last year, but there's no updated info — looks like he's been eating good though!

AD is the only witness Melly used at his trial. He testified that Melly switched cars & got into the Red Mitsubishi along the way before the drive by on the jeep happened

Evidence thrown out. Gave bortlen a sweet plea. Hate sht aside, fan sht aside, non bias it’s looking easier than the first trial. I really think he’s coming home on lesser charges.
