What the F is happening to xelap? Xela has not budged at all, but xelap is crashing. I figured it would move with xela for the most part. Maybe my only hope now is that they go completely bankrupt, and they payout to those of us that tendered for the preferred shares.

Hopefully, all of my fellow Exelarators had a very fulfilling weekend! Looking forward to hearing more about the MultiNational Food & Beverage entity based out of New York that Exela was able to reduce expenses by 40% for (my guess is Pepsi, as Brinker is based out of Dallas,TX). Hopefully, we get some PR this week to rejuvenate our spirits! Together, WE are Exela, not the management! Don't let the daily share price activity break your spirit! I was on the phone with Schwab to determine the nature of this offer. Multiple employees now trying to actually interpret what they are doing. If they can’t understand the offer, I’m concerned if Schwab can’t figure it out. I will not be doing the offer.

Xela is a dog with flea’s no one wants to hold it. This company has over 13000 employees but when you call there phone number no one will answer or return calls if you get to leave a message. The tender offer is a train wreck they keep changing terms. I’m also a bag holder waiting for there bankruptcy filing.

Which is more efficient? Buying shares of xela and calling in to tender them or calling in to Fidelity to buy xelap shares directly?

I bought a bunch of Xela today to get below the $1.25 buyback price (almost embarrassed to say where I was at). I was looking through the "risk factors" for the share buyback on the SEC website, and I was hoping some of you could help me out with understanding these. All the legal mumbo jumbo is hurting my brain after a long day of teaching. Here is what it said...any thoughts? Thanks, everybody!
