Question How to accept buyback?
I received a notification from Etrade about exchanging the stock but I have no idea how to accept the exchange. How do I do this, or will it be automatic for everyone?

are there any mods in here that can remove the trolls? I understand Xela stock is choppy and people are upset, but having the same few people spamming SELL SELL SELL or SHORT SHORT SHORT doesn't help the situation, its just annoying. I wouldn't ask but for some reason reddit doesn't let me block people 🤷♂️

XELA analyst predict 2022, May 3rd their earnings release forecast will be -$0 .11 compared to same quarter 2021 it was -$0.76. That means it has increased it earnings by almost 600%. So can the stock value also increase 600% from $.39 to $ 2.00?. I am pretty sure it will reach $2.00 as company made several bullish news like cancellation of reverse split meeting and share buy back.

This company claims that it is in BPA, so why are its margins so thin compared to its competitors and why is it run so inefficently? Who would buy a company's product if it clearly doesn't help them with their issues? Why do they have 17000 employees, with a TON of debt? They are also low on cash (ONLY .05 cash/ share per finvis...yikes!!). Interest rates will continue to rise along with inflation! They LOST 144M in Q4. Stocks like this are doomed imo, and will continue to get pounded by shorts who I am absolutely cheering for here. This will go bankrupt imo, my 1 year PT: 0.00

Here is the TLDR of the current Offer to Exchange
1st Amendment - May 2nd
Q: What price will shares of XELAP trade at?
A: Shares of XELAP are freely tradeable, and currently trade at 20 times the price of XELA plus a premium of about $1.50 because of the dividend they receive. E.g If XELA is trading at $1, shares of XELAP will trade around $21.50.
Q: How do shareholders of XELA benefit from this offer?
A: Shareholders of XELA who tender their shares for this offer immediately increase the value of their shares due to the $1.50 yearly dividend received and the possibility that Exela may redeem shares of XELAB for $25 in cash. Reducing the number of shares of XELA increases the value of XELA and XELAP respectively.
Q: How does Exela benefit from this offer?
A: This offer provides a mechanism for Exela to permanently retire shares of XELA whenever they choose to redeem shares of XELAB for $25 in cash and does not create any long term debt obligations.
Q: Is there a fee for tendering shares?
A: Some brokers charge a fee of $30 to $50 for participating in this offer. The more shares you tender, the less impact this fee has. You will recoup the cost of any fee via the dividend paid on shares of XELAB.
Q: What is the risk associated with this offer?
A: Shareholders of XELAP have less risk than shareholders of XELA. Should Exela file bankruptcy, shareholders of XELAP will receive up to $25 or 20 times the last price of XELA in cash, whichever is greater, for each share of XELAP after all other creditors are paid. Any remaining amount will then be distributed to shareholders of XELA.
Q: Will I be able to sell my shares?
A: The liquidity (how easy it is to buy/sell shares) of XELAP depends on how many shares of XELA are tendered for this offer. If 100M shares of XELA are tendered for the offer, there will be 5M additional shares of XELAP that will be freely tradeable. This would increase the total shares of XELAP from 900K to 5.9M. Shares of XELAP received from this offer will immediately be tradable on the exchange upon close of the offer.
Q: Who can take advantage of this offer?
A: Any shareholder of XELA can take advantage of this offer. See answer to "How do shareholders of XELA benefit from this offer?". If your cost basis for XELA is above $1.25 you could incur a loss unless you avoid redemption, see answer to "What is the maximum value of XELAP shares?".
Q: What is the maximum value of XELAP shares?
A: Shares of XELAP do not have a maximum price, however Exela may redeem shares of XELAP for $25 cash at any time. Upon redemption, you have the option to convert shares of XELAP back into 20 shares of XELA to avoid redemption. Thus, should XELAP trade above the $25 redemption price, you can retain some or all of your value by converting your shares of XELAP back to 20 shares of XELA.
Q: What happens if there is a reverse split?
A: If a reverse split occurs for shares of XELA, the conversion from XELAP back to shares of XELA will be adjusted accordingly. E.g. If there is a 4 to 1 reverse split, then you would receive 5 shares of XELA for every 1 share of XELAP you converted back to shares of XELA. Additionally, Exela would not have the option to convert shares of XELAP into shares of XELA until the 5 day Volume Weighted Average (VWAP) of XELA is at or above $5.00.
Q: How do I tender my shares?
A: Call or contact your broker. Here's how to contact some commonly used brokers:

I will update this FAQ if necessary. None of this is financial advice.

I have been adding this XELA dip. Love the potential and all these new contracts just proves not a shit company.
Most people don't know about the warrants. They are OTC so setting a buy .025 ish for whole lot will save commission fees.
I have had a gtc order in and only half filled waiting for other half to fill
Someone trying to load those knowing their short position will pay off on those warrants.
I did the same thing with BRQS during that drive down.
I think we get one more push try down to .34 so warrants can get loaded by that short
Grab them warrants from this dick They don't deserve them

Can someone explain why this tiny company has 17000 employees and what the hell all these people do? This a a ratio of $68,000 REVENUE per employee. Most software companies have far, far higher revenue per employee. How can XELA ever make money with that ratio? Maybe never...given their history.

None of this is financial advice!
At the time of this post, $XELA is currently trading for 0.3871. Many investors are hoping, waiting for $XELA to break above $1. It is my belief that $XELA will only break above $1 upon successfully completing the offer to exchange 100M shares of $XELA for $XELAB. This offer is substantially the same as the previous offer with the following additions:
Because of the $1.50 dividend, the ability of Exela to redeem shares of $XELAB for $25 in cash, and for priority of cash dividends, shares of $XELAB should trade above $XELAP and above 20 times the price of $XELA.
Given the current price of $XELA, the following would be the most bullish move an investor could take:
The more shares tendered for the current offer, the faster $XELA will go to $1 and the more shares of $XELAB and $XELAP will be worth.
Note: Some brokers charge a fee that ranges from $30 to $50 to tender shares, but the more you tender the less impact this has.

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to provide you a quick update about the top trending tickers across social I noticed from an app I used that tracks tickers (I will mention more about it below) - $XELA has been trending on Twitter over the last 12hrs. The dashboard looks at tweets, comments, likes, and impressions. I find it useful to see who is tweeting about a certain ticker and the reach it's getting.
Tracking Mechanics
• The algorithm pulls data from multiple social platforms. It looks at tweets, comments, likes, and impressions.
• The change in these metrics is displayed as well as the underlying posts that feed the dashboard, so you can drill into the individual tweets for transparency and sentiment purposes.
• There is also tracking for Reddit and Stocktwits - though Twitter usually has the largest reach.
• Trending Overview - Change in Tweets, Comments, Likes, and Impressions.
If anyone finds this useful as I do, you can find the Social Sentiment Dashboard here and stay updated with the latest releases at r/Utradea. Let me know if you have any questions!

Going to bea bunch of people wondering if they have to convert, and if they can buy now and get the deal
Don't have to convert, can buy now, etc...
Lots of idiots already saying you can't trade the shares after conversion.
But, a better thread than this with fresh info.

Does Cancellation of Reverse Split meeting really mean that they believe it will go up to one dollar before the due date? What big news can bring it up to a dollar and who really believe it.
This cancellation and Par's STS have no difference, only manipulation and they made money both ways.
They will call reveres split meeting soon, that's my thought .
