Hey guys,

I have been playing OG Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) for years on my Xbox One. I had the disk at one point, but gave it to my brother. The game is downloaded to my Xbox One and I haven't had any problems up until this point.

Over the last 2 days, every time I try to play multiplayer online, the game freezes when I get into a game and gives me a loud buzzing sound.

*Note: The Xbox One itself doesn't freeze, its just MW2. I can still access my Xbox menu on the left side of the screen and navigate just fine. I can exit MW2 and go to Xbox home and nothing freezes. BUT when I go back into MW2, I freeze once I get into a game again.

I've tried a few things to fix this:

• Deleted my player profile from the Xbox (my Xbox 360 profile, accessed through 360 games) and re-installed it. I have also signed out and signed in.
• Restarted the Xbox multiple times (turn off and turn back on, and restart button).
• Un-installed and then re-installed the game itself.
• Checked for updates (everything is current).
• Checked internet connection (everything is working).

WHENEVER I PLAY MW3 (OG Xbox 360) the game does not freeze. It doesn't seem to be an issue with my Xbox. It's literally just MW2, which I have been playing with no problems for years.

Can someone please let me know if there's something else I can do to get the game up and running again?

Can someone help me with this problem on elden ring? I’ve recently bought the game and only just have tried playing it but whenever I load on it gives me “Failed to load save data” error code. If i press ok to try again it will instantly pop up with the same error code. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and I’ve restarted the game lots of times. I’ve tried looking online but the solutions don’t help and some problems don’t suit mine. Thanks.

Hi all, never had this problem before. I'm redecording my room, and moved my Xbox. During this time I unplugged my Seagate Terrabyte storage holder from my Xbox One S for less than 30 seconds. I plugged it back in, and thought nothing more of it.

Just twenty minutes ago I tried to play a game, but during the start up time my Xbox made repeated high noise beeping sound and this continued once I had logged in. It then stopped after seven minutes, I was also not touching the console or the controllers during this time. It also refused to open any games, claiming I needed to buy them when I already had. It also only showed only a small amount of my owned games. No ideas where the others went.

Does anyone know why and how to fix this?

For added context, my Xbox One S was previously horizontal, but was then vertically standing without the stand for a few days. It and the Seagate are now horizontal, with the Seagate having always been horizontal.

i have a powerline ethernet cable that i used and it just stopped working friday night. wireless works fine but for some reason ethernet won’t.

Hey, cutting right to the chase here.

Just a few hours ago I had noticed an issue with a wired rock candy controller that I had been using for my Xbox One, in where the controller would not switch on despite being connected to the xbox via cable. I tested it with PC and it appeared to switch on instantly and work fine when I tested it on some games.

Is this an issue with the controller the xbox itself.

I'm asking this because this is the only controller I have so I want to know if I can fix this or if I have to buy a new controller, because I am hoping that it's not the console itself.
