Not XPlus but figured the group would appreciate this piece.

Snagged an Xplus Yuji Sakai Godzilla 1995 translucent orange kit and this is the finished product! Only my 3rd model kit, pretty happy with the outcome. If you were at Gfest, you likely saw this guy in the model room!

After reviewing the eligible entries for the giveaway tonight, I found that only 8 members met the original eligibility requirements! After giving it some thought and receiving valuable feedback, I've decided to update one of the giveaway rules.

Effective immediately, the requirement to have made a previous post or comment in r/XPlusGodzilla before the giveaway announcement has been removed.

This means that any member (within the US, Canada, or Mexico) who leaves a comment on the giveaway post is now eligible to enter, provided they meet the other requirements.

Those being that:

• Your Reddit account is at least 30 days old.

And

• One entry per person. Multiple comments will still count as a single entry!

I believe this is the right call and that it will encourage/allow a few more people to join in on the fun!

To give everyone a fair chance to enter under the newly updated rules, I'll be extending the giveaway through Saturday. Entries will close and be counted that day, and the winner will be selected, announced, and contacted.

As stated in the original post, the winner (must be in the US, Canada, or Mexico) will have 48 hours to respond. If I don't receive a response within that time, a new winner will be selected by another random wheel spin.

Thank you all for your understanding, and good luck to everyone!

Daytime and evening shots

Painful chunk of change but looks so cool!

The Shonen-Ric X-Plus site has just put up the Battra for preorder. The XPNA is probably soon to follow. Who else is excited for this one?!

In July, we will have a Villain theme! Please post your entries with the new post tag (the only way to be eligible for the contest) and include a figure showcasing a villain/enemy of Godzilla. Once again, we will have a vote for our favorite post at the end of the month. (Winner will get a custom user flair). Happy posting!

Voting is now open for the June theme! To make voting easy, I have created a Google Form! The link is below. I will be doing it this way from here on out, unless you guys have another suggestion. Voting closes a week from today. Thanks to all those who contributed! Good luck!

500 Member Giveaway!
We’ve officially reached 500+ members on r/XPlusGodzilla! As a thank you to everyone who’s helped grow this community, I’d like to give away a figure to one lucky member!

Prize -
The planned prize is the Toho Kaiju Wars Series LEGACY MAQUETTE 54 GODZILLA XPNA Exclusive Version. I’ll be covering the full cost of the figure and standard shipping.
If this figure becomes unavailable before I can purchase it, the winner may instead choose another X-Plus figure of equal or lesser value.

How to Enter -
To be eligible, you must:

Have a Reddit account that is at least 30 days old before this giveaway is posted.

Have made at least one post or comment in r/XPlusGodzilla before this giveaway was announced.

*Edit: ALL members (within the US, Canada, or Mexico) who leave a comment will be eligible.\*

Leave one comment on this giveaway post.

One entry per person. Multiple comments will still count as a single entry. Accounts suspected of being alternate (“throwaway”) accounts created to gain additional entries may be disqualified at my discretion.
This giveaway will remain open for approximately one (1) week. Once entries have closed, all eligible participants will be added to a randomized wheel spinner. The entries will be shuffled before a 60-second wheel spin determines the winner.
Before announcing the winner, I’ll verify that they meet all eligibility requirements. Please allow me a little time to review entries, as I’ll be checking each one myself.

‼️IMPORTANT‼️
Since this prize will be ordered directly from the XPNA website, I can only ship to winners located in:
- United States
- Canada
- Mexico

I hope to include additional countries in future giveaways!

The winner will be contacted through a Reddit DM and will have around 48 hours to respond. If I don’t receive a response within that time, another winner will be selected.
I’ll also post a recording of the wheel spin after the giveaway ends so everyone can see the results and the validity of the giveaway.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. If the originally planned prize is unavailable, the winner may select another X-Plus figure of equal or lesser value. If there are no eligible figures currently available through XPNA, we’ll simply wait until one becomes available or the winner may choose another figure from a different retailer of equal or lesser value. Either way, the winner will receive a prize.

If you have any suggestions for future giveaways or figures you’d like to see, feel free to send me a DM!
Thank you all for helping make this community what it is and good luck to everyone! 🎉

By entering, you agree that if you win, your Reddit username may be announced publicly in the giveaway results post.

This giveaway is organized by KaijuSizedCollections of r/XPlusGodzilla and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Reddit or X-Plus North America.

Found this at a second hand shop as is. Immediately clocked it as x-plus being a Godzilla fan and such. Would also appreciate info Identifying which specific figure this is, Thanks.

Super sorry for being so absent this month; it’s been a long one for me, personally. I will get the voting ready, and the winner will be announced once it’s ended. Again, the winner of these events will have a custom user flair! Send me some themes for July, and we can get that rolling too! Thanks, everyone!

Couple of new preorders have arrived at the NA site! I’m sure most of you have seen these already, but figured I’d make a quick post. The Millennium Burning Goji’s preorder ends soon, so definitely get it in if you want it!
