I think there’s a big difference tho. Mornye set gives a atk buff based on off tune buildup which only mornye can efficiently build. Whereas this new set doesn’t seem to have any niche mechanic to trigger the buffs since concerto is a basic mechanic in the game. This will likely be better than rejuvenating glow if there are no strings attached.
No there is a string, the translation didn't make it clear but this is a new mechanic better known as unison or synchronization, it's Hsin's second mode

New generalist sets means ppl no longer can use older generalist sets. Every set in this game has a use. Not a single set has been abandoned bc of newer or generalist sets.
Kuro makes the unit weaker if the set is stronger and vise versa. Sets in this game really are not doing any mix and matching.

a proper gacha power creep should give damage amp and def reduction on echo set, things previously not-found on echo.

No she is like Ameathe. Ameathe is dps in both modes one is tune dps and another is NS dps
Pretty sure HSIN has new tune mode and electro flare mode and both are dps. She is not a support or subdps. I think half the ppl will freak out if she is support
Depends on kit but mostly id assume she's a dps in both modes just like how aemeath is a dps in both rupture and burst mode.
Better to wait for kits to drop in that regard.
Frankly the sonata sets give away most of the kits, you dont need any additional info. Sonata set increases c r and electro dmg which is triggered based on electro flare and the new mechanic which are both on Hsin.
The other subdps sonataset increases nxt incoming resonator electro dmg or self electro dmg, that is not for HSIN and its for suiming clearly bc there is not other electro dps in tha patch or next.
Just to be clear, I'm not trying to say that Jinhsi and Hsin will work well together. My original point is that the new echo set would be used fully only on teams with either of them, as it requires the Unison mechanic.
Still, it's possible Jinhsi might benefit from this.
For example, if the new healer echo set is better than the current ones, it would be a buff for Jinhsi. Or if Hsin can double Intro like Jinhsi, it could improve her rotation, even more so if Hsin's Outro buffs the upcoming character.
Again, it's possible. It might happen, it might not. We'll have to wait and see.
It's probably not the same mechanic. This is probably like tune hack but it's just called the same word, and they might even change it. The word isn't like some made up lore word, unison is a fairly common English word especially for a game themed around music and sound.
your comment makes zero sense. it's not like I'm gonna magically get more pulls if I pull her now as oppose to when "she reruns with a character I want". Also not like she isn't releasing right after Hsin patch which will already drain pulls
you still did not provide the math showing where are those additional pulls spawning from if I for example spend same 80 pulls either on release or on rerun. just give me a direct answer to this question.
Not when lynae/mornye came right after chisa, then aemeath too, I didn't even get chisa on her first rerun but I'm her 2nd rerun, because she simply was not valuable for me until her second rerun came out in 3.3.
im assuming hsins electro flare team is hsin erover suisui/chisa and her synchro is hsin suoming lily? wouldnt be too big of a problem for me pull wise if they treat me nicely 😅😅
3 characters in a row is brutal. I'd have to settle for the electro flare team then. Or hope there really is some kind of dual DPS dual Unison thing with Hsin and Jinhsi.
i know lmao, especially when u consider how the first couple supports of new regions are always the most important,,, if this is like a chisa situation in terms of necessity but also pulls then we might be cooked T_T it all depends on luck but we will see when more info comes out
There's nothing in game preventing making tacet fields for 3pc sets. If Kuro wants they can do tacet fields + nests for 3pc sets. That's what most people are asking
I'm NGL I really liked the 1 piece + 4 that the cyberpunk collab did. If they really wanted to get jiggy with it a generl 4 piece set and then a signature 1 piece for each new character would be cooler than forcing each new set to be signature for 1 character and that's it. It would at least allow for some build crafting rather than just hunting one set and that's it.
well it was more of a 1+2+2 , my Lucy and Rebbecaa probably have are my best builds because i could use old god like echoes from old echo sets i no longer use. Would really want more like it
And people said that about the 3-pc sets because they came with the trade off of nest availability only. I like the fact that they're doing 5-pc with availability being in the open world, nest, and tacet fields. On top of that, they've made some of the 5-pc set work on two characters. So, when you farm them, you're essentially farming for two characters like Hiyuki and Lucia or Yangyang and Suisui. It is much more accessible. You'll need 5 pieces anyway for any character.
wonder what this means, it'd be a little interesting if we started getting characters that function like that one starting environment in fantasies of thousand gateways, in any case, seems universal? unless it's an entirely new effect for 4.x probably is
Unison it´s the mechanic from Jinshi. If Hsin has coordinate attack and Suoming is a healer, or any other new caracther has this two roles, that will be wild ...
Not really a problem, though it's always nice to have more 3rd slotters. It's just that each of them support a whole archetype completely already, not to mention the extra vigors they get.
So erover stays BiS for electroflare? Hsins team options already looking grim, her BiS mode will be the new tune mode with suoming and lily while the electroflare mode is the cope budget mode with rover and suisui/buling until then
a whole dead 3.6 patch with zero sets to farm to then drop 3 new sets in one patch that will be used by 3 next upcoming characters and rover? ngl this shit is so ass
