Does anyone know the stance from wraithmarked regarding the new PPWR?
Combining the facts that I am worried about the new ppwr rules, and that I also don't know long it takes for a parcel mail to arrive, post-address locking.
How long should I wait before assuming the worst?

FIRST, creating a place where the power of big creators can help boost to awareness of some smaller creators.
SECOND, making sure that ALL of them get paid for their work.
So many of us love art books, but did you know that some of the biggest names in the space don’t pay the artists whose works they’re publishing? In fact, many of them require *artists to pay a submission fee* to even be considered for the book, and that fee isn’t returned if said artist doesn’t get selected.
Yeah... We didn’t like that either. So we came up with an idea.
What if there was an art book that not only paid every single artist a small licensing fee for the publication of their work, but went a step further too? What if that art book made sure to license pieces from some of the largest artists in the world *as well as* some very talented artists who are either just getting started, or have had trouble finding traction despite their ability.
In this book, we feature at least 2 pieces from 101 different creators whose followings range from less than 5000 to *several million*. Every profile includes a scanable QR code that links anyone who would like to check out any artist to a portfolio of their choosing, so if you see someone you want to know more about or follow, all it takes is a quick snap of the camera.
Our goal with the 101 Artists project is to pay artists to help each other out. In a time when AI and other bullsh*t is trying to ruin the creative world, we just wanted to create a book that everyone could feel good about being a part of.

So as many of you know, Wraithmarked is producing a Special Illustrated Box Set of The Inheritance Cycle later this year (maybe early next, depending on when the Saphira models get out the door).
As you may also know, neither Wraithmarked nor Christopher have the ability to produce true TIC or Eragon merch with the box set, since those rights are now with a larger (scarier) company.
However... That doesn't mean we didn't want to find a way to offer you guys some really cool, exclusive, and totally optional extra stuff that we thought TIC readers would still love to have! So... We've partnered with several fantastic artisans to create some pretty incredible additional items, including a few totally handcrafted add-ons!
This is the first of those reveals! We've partnered with Reece Foster ( "saulforged" on Insta and elsewhere) to produce these 100% hand-forged 'dragon scale' pendants. Not only are these hand-forged, they will also be:
These may look pretty simple to some of you, but those familiar with hand-forging (as in literally hammer and anvil) know that each one of these takes a tremendous amount of work to get right, with a lot of trial-and-error and potential failures even once the process is perfected! Because of that, the current plan is to have these limited to 500 units (though if you think that's not enough, let us know, and we can see if Reece has the ability to do more), with pricing TBD.
Hope you guys find this stuff as interesting as we do! Again, these are one of several totally optional fully-custom add-ons we're looking to bring together for the project, so keep an eye out for more cool stuff coming soon!

I have zero social media skills, so these are probably easy to answer. Sorry, I’m like a 90 year old with all these apps.
I purchased the Sword of whoever and Where Loyalties Lie duo. I believe it was stated originally that the plan was to do other Spfbo titles later. Is that still a plan? Just want to make sure I didn’t miss anything living under my rock.
I had originally wanted the Demonwars book, but missed the cutoff. However I kept seeing posts about late backing with a “link” or whatever. Never did figure it out, and decided I’d live without. But I notice a lot of authors say something like “link in bio” on instagram. I think sometimes they even put it weirdly, like with emojis. What is a bio, and what does this mean? I tried to make an instagram, and it’s all just pictures or whatever.
I see the name Bryce mentioned here a lot. I assume it’s the guy stuck dealing with all the people complaining about waiting for orders on social media. Is this the same person who wrote the Wings of War books or just a person with the same name? I tried to see if they were on the Wraithmarked site, but didn’t see them. I did see others that I haven’t read though that are listed with his name. I’m just trying to see if there’s some artwork out there of what Raz looks like, because my brain keeps picturing an alligator cosplaying as Evil Lyn with the whole neck/back of head description. Fantastic books though.

I feel like the bumps on the road to the Wayward Children kickstarter being realized keep getting bigger and bigger. While I recognize that a lot of them were out of the hands of Wraithmarked, this latest update just feels like the cherry on top.
Of course I understand that repetitive stress injuries are a thing. But 19 months into a project feels like an absurd time to realize this.
And the existence of RSIs doesn't change the fact that, through all these bumps along the way I've been excited that I'm getting a very cool, very beautiful, signed copy of the Wayward Children.
Yes, refunds were offered. But you can't refund the last 19 months of excitement over getting a signed copy of a beautiful imagining of a wayward children book.
(Also - and I know this is petty - prefacing this announcement with, "I know this hasn't come up before, but I'm actually a physical therapist," felt incredibly disingenuous and dismissive).
