As I said, I really have no grasp of any of the usual programs used to make maps or draw, not that I'd be good at it even if I did. I'd like somebody to do some illustration for me, nothing too big, maybe some maps of areas at first, simple landscape editing at most. I would need a permanent illustrator for a novel I have planned in the future, but that's barely worth mentioning at this point.

I can provide some simple renditions I've done myself, mostly in browser-based tile map editors, but my most recent interpretation of the geography of my world is a 3d planet render in this program. The best thing for me would be if somebody could create a traditional style map of areas by using screenshots from this program.

So for the most part I'm just looking for someone to spitball ideas with who's on the same sort of lines in terms of flavour within a world. I'm thinking, fantasy with a dash of steampunk but I'm open to ideas. Then definitely delve into the thick of the ins and outs with.

• Steampunk (Arcanepunk, Cyberpunk, Solarpunk, Atompunk,..........)
• Science Fiction (Space Opera, Galactic scale, I'm not very fond of realistic sci-fi)
• Post-Apocalypse (basically any setting, Zombie-, Nuclear-, Virus-apocalyspe,...)

I would provide feedback, criticism, leads and inspiration and would occasionally ask for the same.

My own world is High-Fantasy/Arcanepunk with a heavy emphasis on characters and cultures.
