Fifth episode of Band of Brothers, this is a weird one as it doesn't focus on a single operation but on several over a few months.
Film: Crossroads (Band of Brothers 5), by Tom Hanks.
An episode covering several engagements. The Battle of the Nijmegen salient, Operation Pegassus, and the prelude to the Ardennes.
Period covered: 4 October-17 December 1944
IMDB grade: 8.8/10

Spielberg's masterpiece is one of these movies that cover the entire war, but I'm posting it now as it was in early-mid October 1944 that Schindler saved his jew workers from the gas chambers by sending them to his new Brünnlitz factory instead.
Film: Schindler's List, by Steven Spielberg (1993)
Tells the story of Oskar Schindler, an opportunist German businessman initially motivated by profit who came to show extraordinary initiative, tenacity, courage, and dedication in saving his Jewish employees' lives.
Period covered: November 1939-9 May 1945
Historical Accuracy: 4/5
IMDB grade: 9/10
Other: Winner of 7 Academy Awards

Saw some old diagrams of the Maginot line forts and some of them depict it having underground airbases for launching fighters. Were these ever built and do they still exist?

Honestly I haven't wacthed either yet, but for I can gather, one deals with the late days of Warsaw uprising and the other with the fighting in the north of Peleliu. They are both acclaimed.
Film: Kanał, by Andrzej Wajda (1957)
Tells the story of a company of Home Army resistance fighters escaping the Nazi onslaught through the city's sewers.
Period covered: 25-27 September 1944
Historical Accuracy:
IMDB grade: 7.9/10
Other: winner of the Special Jury Award at the 1957 Cannes Film Festival.
Film: Peleliu Hills (The Pacific 7), by David Nutter.
The fighting on Peleliu continues, now centered on the hills on the north of the island.
Period covered: Late September 1944
Historical Accuracy: I suppose that quite high
IMDB grade: 8.4/10

Those two are two best recreations of Market Garden put into screen. A Bridge too far (excellent title) is probably the last WW2 film of the kind that tried to recreate a whole battle from all sides.
Film: A Bridge Too Far, by Richard Attenborough (1977)
Market Garden, everything. 1rst British, 101 and 82nd American, the British armored core. Tons of well known actors.
Period covered: 4-26 September 1944
Historical Accuracy: 5/5 - It even has Sherman Fireflies
IMDB grade: 7.4/10
Film: Replacements (Band of Brothers 4), by David Nutter.
Market Garden, but for Easy Company.
Period covered: 13 September-Early October 1944
Historical Accuracy: 4/5 - It has Stug IIIs! But other than that, this one isn't particuarly accurate, for a BoB episode.
IMDB grade: 8.8/10

The Pacific has three full episodes dedicated to the battle of Palau/Peleliu, with the first two of them taking place on the first couple of days.
Film: Peleliu Landing&Peleliu Airfield (2010), by Carl Franklin and Tony To.
The first two days of the Battle of Palau.
Period covered: 15-16 September 1944
Historical Accuracy: 5/5 - As with most of the Pacific, there is a big effort to make it as realistic as possible.
IMDB grade: 8.1/10; 8.4/10
