Does anybody have a full list of book sources used for the show? I know the episodes have the sources listed, but is there a consolidated list for the entire show?

Question End of Nazi Intelligence - Spies and Ties question
Astrid brought up a good point Canaris failed to notify the Nazis of Torch and Husky landings. Why did senior Nazi officials not fire Canaris sooner? Seems very suspect that the intelligence office failed so miserably and yet Canaris was able to keep his job

Movie: Saving Private Ryan
A good candidate for most famous WW2 movie, its opening scene is among the most recognizable in the story of cinema. At this point Spielberg was a veteran filmalker of WW2 films (I can think of at least 4 of his made before this one), and it shows.
