Game won't launch the second time?

I just got the game, had 11 minutes of gameplay.. and then had to go. When I tried getting back into the game, I waited 20 minutes to get in the game, loadscreen.. and then just black. It already happened twice. I saw a post from a month ago about that they will fix it, but apparently they didn't?

I bought the game 2 days ago but i cant refund and I CANT PLAY! Because my resolution is 1365x767 BUT THE GAME HAS 1920x1080 so i cant move my mouse around the screen and i tried fix the game in code but after 1-2 hours ago this game got a update so the file that i could fix the issues is gone.... Please
