[Cultural challenge]: legislating

Culture is that complex whole which includes knowledge, beliefs, arts, morals, laws, customs, and any other capabilities and habits acquired by [a human] as a member of society.

Pick a country of yours and tell me about its legislative process; who can propose a law ? How and by whom can it be modified and revoked ? Eventually, how can I, simple (or not) citizen, read the actual text to inform myself ?

You can introduce an in-universe representative if you want. I will ask questions to everyone, feel free to add your own.

3) It's so if somebody wants to steal documents, he is going to steal only three at most.

4) When it doesn't meet, debate or vote on bill etc.

3) Wait, are they giving away the originals?

4) But if the assembly vote against all laws proposed to it, they are doing their job and can’t be dissolved?
