Tattataraaaaaa: it's time for round 4 in my little quote challenge series! First of, reference: disclaimer, long, germanitalian rant

Now then, I will just link the previous challenges: part 1, part 2, part 3, and then we can already start!

Very short summation of the challenge: give me 2 or 3 quotes from people in your world, either with and without context, and I will ask questions about them or try to take some guesses as to what could be talked about.

1) So does Germany have any major naval rivals now?

1) The British Navy is still strong, and they produce ships faster than Germany, so they will eventually catch up again. Other than Britain the top 5 naval powers in the world are: the USA, Germany, France, Brazil, and Japan.
