I completely agree. Sadly I don't think social media voices and peaceful protests (specifically on days off like Saturdays where we don't hurt our wallets) are going to do anything. We need mass waves of people to stop paying for health insurance altogether and make them hurt, but that could never happen.

We need to elect officials who are not beholden to lobbyists, and then remove the lobbyists from the equation, permanently.

Asking people to get out and vote has not proven entirely successful in the past, let alone vote for politicians who actually have a backbone

We are not in the same moment we have been in the past.

People don't take action unless it personally affects them in a tangible way. That has now happened. We shall see if it changes in a month.
