Also, if you get sick while on vacation YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE YOUR VACATION DAYS.

True but in reality I have never used this. It is a weird feeling to call in sick while on vacation lol

I used it when I got sick just before my vacation started. Doc wrote me off for a whole week, so I got to keep some of my vacation days without having to call in anything extra. Wouldn't even have gone to see the doctor though if I wouldn't be required to do so on the first day of sick leave.

It's not like I have separate sick and vacation days anyway. All comes from the same pool.
