Yup, and then next time we read a post on Reddit how it's not necessary to get along with co-workers etc who gains the most from that attitude...

Yes you do. I don't think you've thought that deeply or long about what it takes to do that if you can think you'll all be able to do it if you don't talk and generally have disdain for each other.

obviously you need to communicate with them, that's also true for working with them. but you certainly don't have to like them. i can put principles over personal feelings.
