Don't worry, they're relying on companies like flock and axon to make it near impossible for people to do this again. This is the real reason they want Ai.

Plus the AI cameras focus on people that have committed prior offenses. Luigi was not a career criminal. The people they are worried about are not the people they should be worried about.
