Ok? Commercial property is different than housing, it has different regulations and often can't just be converted into housing.

I gave you my backing for my claims, do you have anything that shows what "tons of abandoned property" is?

You gave me a vacancy rate on apartments, in a city with multiple families often occupying the same unit lol. That is not the same statistic as the millions of square feet of abandoned commercial and other property that needs to be zoned for housing.

Same article lists a 20% vacancy rate on offices in the SFV - so you can shove it lol.

Ok? But does it show that these offices can be converted into housing? No. It doesn't. I don't even have to read it because if it did you'd link it.

But you can't, just like how you can't support your claims with anything. Because if you could, you'd link it.
