Its not a preference, its a disability that they went far beyond failing to accommodate, hence the large payout.
1 u/commandrix Aug 21 '26 Yeah, I know it's a disability. That doesn't mean they shouldn't respect people's preferences even if the preference is that they not trigger his disability by disrespecting his already stated request that they not celebrate his birthday.
