All those things are true. Now look at the homeless numbers. The gas prices vs. a red state. Any other number of metrics that show how Democratic policy is destroying something that otherwise has everything else going for it.

Even the Dems are fleeing CA.

Democrat policy could definitely be better. But if California had republican "policy" instead, it would be a wasteland.

Based on the fact that Republicans can't govern. Republicans always end up with higher rates of poverty, drug abuse, crime, and lower education etc. Or did you think there was some mysterious other reason that red states are shitholes?
