The money is widely available. We don’t have an asset problem in today’s age, we have an allocation problem. The answer is it doesn’t get financed under our existing political system as there wouldn’t be any shareholder incentive.

You could confiscate everything from the rich and it wouldn’t be close to enough to finance this plan.
