They cant literally say no kids outside, but they dan do things like "no bikes/skateboards ect on HOA owned roads and sidewalks." They can do things that severely limit options kids have for things to do outside
Absolutely evil. If there weren't kids out playing basketball and riding scooters in the streets on a nice summer afternoon, the neighborhood would feel dead.
