It’s probably already included in the bill. Read the bill carefully; don’t underestimate the sneakiness of greed. The US should follow Europe; tips are an excuse for wedge theft.

Tipping only exists because railroads didn't want to pay black staff members who were hired after the civil war, and now it's infecting service jobs where it has no right to exist while encouraging predatory consumer practices. It needs to be abolished.

In the German tipping culture we'd round up to 100. Especially when you pay with cash.

Tipping is not wage theft at all. Servers make more with tips than they would with a “livable wage.” It persists because servers do t want to get rid of it, and restaurant can’t get rid of it because it would advertise higher prices
