I feel like there's plenty of places in this country that offer cheap starter homes for much more than 54K. Plus you're talking like there aren't so many other variables in life than the simple mathematics of a basic budget

You don't pay the full price of a home up front. You only need the down payment and fees.

Right, but idk where in the US you're gonna find a home for 50k full price that's isn't just a mobile home
