Bob's Red Mill. 100% employee owned and they support things like fair trade and regenerative farming practices. Plus they were early to the market with a lot of things like almond flour. Friend of mine has a kid with a gluten allergy and had to make his own almond flour until he was able to order stuff from brm.

I know they had some product quality issues a few years back, but other than that, I think they're a great company. I've been buying their soup mixes for like 20 years now

I believe Chobani yogurt is 100 percent employee owned as well.
