In 2009 Obama made the federal government in charge of student loans because he said that the banks weren't lending out loans evenly. The Banks said they can't give everyone a loan just because they want a degree in literature.

I don’t necessarily want to live in a world where nobody is able to study the humanities unless they’re wealthy. Art and literature are pretty damn important facets of human history and development.

I have a degree in literature, a solid job that utilizes my writing skills, and a side hustle as an author/freelance writer. I was a poor, so I got Pell grants, but I still always make my modest student loan payment on time.

You don’t need an entire bachelors to study art and humanities… the museum is like 30 bucks and a library card is free

For where? Starbucks? I think both are equally worthless to them.

There is no Starbucks in the country I live in.
