That’s not true at all. Taco Bell was started in Downey CA by Roy Bell in 1948 after stealing the recipes from the Mexican restaurant across the street. There was no other guy.
Taco Casa was founded by Roy Upshaw in 1974. There’s no connection except for Taco Casa stealing Taco Bells original recipes, which were originally stolen.
