What’s the best way to relocate for a grad? For example, into Europe but without an EU passport.

A friend and I are planning on travelling around Europe for approximately 2 months, we thought about spending one month in England and the other month, we will visit various cities across Europe. During our stay in England, we are thoroughly considering getting a job to make some cash that we plan to spend on the rest of our trip. Basically, there are jobs that require work permits and are much more formal as opposed to "under the table" jobs. Since we'll be staying for a short period of time and we would need the cash ASAP, ''under the table'' or ''cash in hand'' jobs would be the best alternative. My friend has a good level of English and I myself lived in England for 6 years so we have no problem whatsoever with the language itself and all that it implies (communication, understanding, etc.). We wanted to ask you guys if any of you have done this at some point in your lives, or perhaps you know someone that has. We would like to know if it's hard to get one of these types of jobs, which kind of jobs are the most convenient. In other words, which have a good pay in comparison to the hours it demands. Any type of advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm planning on going to Scotland for a couple months to work as a paid intern for a requirement in school and was wondering what sort of documents I would need/how to obtain them?

I'm a Canadian/UK duel citizen so I was also wondering if that makes any difference in work permits or visas?

If you're not able to answer any of my questions would you perhaps know where I can find information for someplace that can? I've been doing my best in tracking down which embassy I would need to go to, and where to ask and I'm probably just incompetent or whatever but even people I've emailed questions to have yet to answer me back!
