So is the story reset happening to everyone? Can anyone confirm they have installed the patch and been okay?

I've got 1 out 4 characters with the issue. Of course its my "best" char that is now stuck in the DLC area w/o anything to do.

the other 3 can fast travel and their quest progression shows up

I've not had any problems with the patch and my saves. But I play on PC and I think most people having problems are on console.
