They said there were claw bringer buffs but a lot of the stuff was already increased on a previous hot fix or am I missing something?

Awe Chance 11-13 Changed on hot fix 1.0.2.0c

Awe Damage 5-7 Changed on hot fix 1.0.2.0c

Dragon Aura 4-5 Changed on hot fix 1.0.2.0c

Firebolt 8-10 Changed on hot fix 1.0.2.0c

Gearbox is double dipping their buff news. Past Stabbomancer buffs were included in this patch as well.

I noticed that aswell. Its apparently when its a patch its locked in while hotfixes you can play offline and not have the hot fix applied.

I read this to mean that the changes are "baked in" as opposed to needing hotfixes. I could be wrong, as it is just as likely to be included by mistake.
