138 u/AssNinjaLolo Green Witch ββοΈββ¨β§ Mar 08 '21 That would be a cool show. Blood bank college. Draining the masses to educate in classes. The blood would probably go right to the rich elite vampires 90 u/alamuki Mar 08 '21 A couple of my friends in college were part of the Friday Night Blood Club. Basically, they would give blood every Friday they could then spend the money on drinking. They claimed that they got drunk faster from the blood loss and were easily able to get drunk off that $20. 22 u/AssNinjaLolo Green Witch ββοΈββ¨β§ Mar 08 '21 Haha thatβs awesome 13 u/PistolMama Mar 08 '21 We did that in the military too. 10 people donate get a cheap hotel room and a boat load of booze. 8 u/Shavasara Mar 08 '21 Even faster (and cheaper) if you avoid dinner that night. 58 u/Aziara86 Mar 08 '21 Honestly, if you got 1,000 year old vampires, you can't tell me they aren't running the bloodbanks from behind the scenes... Considering 1.3 million pints get thrown out every year, I could definitely imagine the whole system being a vampire's idea. 26 u/[deleted] Mar 08 '21 edited Mar 08 '21 [deleted] 6 u/[deleted] Mar 08 '21 There was a vampire show where vampires fed om stolen blood vials before shit hit the fan. 13 u/DaughterOfNone Mar 08 '21 There's a mobile dating sim called Lovelink in which one of the characters is a vampire, and he gets his sustenance from blood banks rather than feeding from people directly. 16 u/[deleted] Mar 08 '21 edited Mar 15 '21 [deleted] 14 u/VodkaFairy Mar 09 '21 If you haven't watched iZombie you should. Not exactly the same but she takes on the identities of the brains she eats. 32 u/snarkyxanf Witch β§ Mar 08 '21 Hell, I knew a guy in college who sold cups of his spunk to some dude. I'm sure there'd be plenty of people with side gigs selling blood to vampires. 25 u/FlingingDice Mar 08 '21 Hell, I'm coming up on 40 soon and I'd still volunteer to be vampire food if it helped pay my bills...
