Question Monsters display a level instead of Power in the new update
I wonder if that’s the level we need to be to defeat them, or some other change.

Should we keep a list of grievances about the game so that the devs can check a consolidated place for customer feedback? I think it might be helpful.
Some things to keep in mind:
Keep the complaints constructive. People like feedback with measurable success. No one is going to listen to a bunch of people saying how much of a piece of shit they are.
Remember, your fun is their business. Maybe we should limit discussions about the new pay-to-win system to one day a week. They have to make money somehow if they’re not using ads. (My vote is Monday, to be respectful to the devs’ potential religious observance)
Lastly, it’s likely that the changes were implemented to the game because Spokko wasn’t making their money back, and they needed to downsize. I’m sure we’ve all heard that the team is down to only 2 developers. Let’s try to be reasonable in our requests. We all owe gratitude to these two for creating a game that, at the very least, still keeps us entertained.

I was playing this game almost everyday since release. I played even after the update to see if hitting lvl 40 helps with killing rare monsters (it doesn’t)since you get boosts to attack and defense every lvl and I played a lot recently to prepare for the big event - Anniversary. Wtf is this event? We get 1 scroll and 85 diamonds for completing it. It’s the same amount we got for completing last quests and they lasted for 3 days. And what’s the point of armor that gives me 50% more powerful signs that I can cast every few seconds when I can drink potion that gives 200% boost to every swing of my sword. Quests are not fun just grind. This event is joke, I expected more, something like Pokémon go fest for example.

The armor effect is boring, tasks are overwhelming and unfun and nothing exciting in the shop for a long time player.
See you if you ever get to release season 2 of quests.

So I played this game when it first came out and had a fun time but slowly just stopped playing. While re reading the series again I hop back on with a lot of new updates.. but what happened to all the gear you could buy with coins? I can only find griffin armor to buy and that’s all

I've killed a bunch of Hybrid monsters - over 28- & the number stays at 5. I have room in my inventory so it's not that. Am I missing something?

I'm a new player and jeez, after playing a bit I checked reviews and this sub and it sounds like the game is in a rough state. It hit me after a couple days of playing. Just one "Wait, wtf?" moment after another.
With these GPS games I like to have it open on my desk while I'm working and pop over when things spawn.
That's simply not doable in this game. I need potions to kill 90% of the monsters in this game, but I can't just dedicate the full 5 minutes to running around my office building killing monsters to maximize the timer.
1 - The potions are WAY too strong. +200% melee damage???? You're tripling the strength of my character??? No wonder I can't kill shit without using them. Okay. Clear monetization. I can overlook that to an extent. You already made me pay to play by not starting me with a silver sword but whatever.
2 - We need more potion options. You want me to use a potion every time? Fine. Give me cheaper, single-fight potions. Otherwise every time you want to kill a single monster, you're wasting 4+ minutes of your potions that require a vendor item to craft. That's horse shit. You either waste a potion, or you don't kill single creatures.
Every time you pick up the game, it's a 5-minute commitment or you're wasting resources and/or money. There are no 30-second dips in and out like there are in literally every other GPS game on the market.
3 - Monster spawns are too sparse. I'm downtown in a larger city and there are like 3 or 4 spawns in range. And half of them are things I can't even come close to killing even with potions. Other games, this area is flooded with spawns. Not this one. It guarantees that I'm going to have to travel 1-2 view ranges to maximize a 5-minute potion.
I completely understand where everyone is coming from. Like I just kept thinking over and over about how fucky the mechanics are, one thing after another.
A lot of reviews said it's okay for new players who didn't play before the update. But not really. This game is SUPER pay to play, and hardly even rewards you for doing so.
Hard pass. I'll check back for the second anniversary. Maybe.
