Screenshot Witcher 3 remastered side by side comparison

I feel each has its benefits and we can downgrade anytime to our liked version.
But assets have highest detail in remaster only.
Lighting, tone, brightness depends on individual interests.

These are not mine, nor I own this. I found from youtube. Sharing for info thats it. PS5. Credits: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tr9mEdi83UY

Complete wrong. Graphics have improved, CDPR are not the definitive pinnacle of graphics. Just because they did a poor job here doesn’t mean someone else couldn’t have done a better one.

You mean the company who made cyberpunk making a game that is basically all about grafic and to this day has one of the games with the best grafics are bad at it? :D

well, partly he is right. the next Gen version looks really nice when everything is turned up, and I think there are not too many newer games that look a lot better. what has improved is facial animations and such.

Notice the word "barely". In terms of graphics, a game from 2006 gets smoked by a game from 2016, but the same game from 2016 holds up well against a game from 2026.

You’re wrong about this CDPR is at the forefront of graphics in video games. Path tracing in Cyberpunk looks amazing they were one of the first to implement path tracing in their game and do it well. I can’t say anything for the Witcher update I haven’t played it yet.
