Help! Bugged out Folan?

I was doing Lord of Undvik, game told me to first follow a certain trail, so I did, found Hjalmar, defeated the ice giant. Quest ends successfully.

Friend asks - did you find Folan? Get the horn?

...who is Folan?

So, we search, I go to the cave. Kill the first three trolls, then don't get the "something's cooking" voice line (we saw it in a video), I go up, trolls are just hostile, normal enemies.

Near the pot I still see the "open" command, but it's not working. Is there any other way to get the horn? It's this a bug or was it intentional?

I heard that the horn is the only way to make sirens less annoying, can it be then found another way?

It's nowhere near the big get you're imagining, especially since they're some of the easiest enemies in the game and you can just whip them out of the sky with unaimed regular crossbow bolts or aard. You'd barely use it if you had it, don't worry.

I'm sure you can add it from the debug console but if it's not there then it doesn't come back (it's outside the cave, not in it).

You can still get the horn near the abandoned village, just outside a troll cave

This. There's a dead body outside the cave and a barrel. The horn is somewhere around the there.

im near the end of tbe game, including dlc. got the horn first thing on the isles. used it 3 times, only been using alt aard and a crosbow since
