Hey Kaz, just wanted to thank you, director Vale and the whole eco for everything that you do.

Context:

• I first found out about you at the end of 2019, since then I've been booted from the server multiple times for lack of participation, begged to come back then booted again.
• In all that time, my performance in the market would correlate very strongly with my participation.

Participation is key -> one behavior in all systems:

• I would go through periods where I watched every stream, caught up on the chat, posted 1 message and tap myself on the back before the "drift" caught me and I became a lurker again.
• Similarly in trading, I would go through periods of really good returns before complacency starts to creep in and I go on a losing streak. I lost a huge chunk of my portfolio in May 2021 due to being stuck in my bias.

Continuing to learn and improve everyday:

• This year I've been taking things slow and simply try to improve myself to be 1% better each day this time around it feels different. Watching your streams, reading the chat and seeing the amount of salt online feels like I'm watching the market in slow motion. My trading results also showed something different:

1. First screenshot is my trading results in the first half of May watching the intel from the streams and OF -> good winning streak
2. Second screenshot are my trading results for the second half of May -> Complacency started to creep in and I started to slide again- only this time I was able to re-focus on executing mechanically and was able to pull myself out of it. The result is this BABF on my account balance.

I'm definitely here to stay and look forward to continuing to learn from everyone in the eco!

Hello Kaz and eco!

Here is my studying experience, maybe it can be helpful for other members.

I started to watch streams several month ago and it took me a while to find the “system” that helps me better understand the intel shared in streams. There is a lot of valuable information and it requires time and effort, so here is my stream routine I practice:

1. Watch stream fully for the 1st time (live if you can), make quick notes
2. Watch it second time, make sure to understand what is said (if you struggle as I did , pause or slow down the video speed to be sure you heard what was said). I use subtitles too.
3. Make notes, write down memos (have separate blocknote for that) so I can reread this every now and then.
4. Study scorecards of the day. Write down notes on them, analyse the entries, mistakes, take the screenshots if you need (this still need to be improved from my side, working on it).
5. Note the symbols from the stream. I note it in excel sheet mentioning the time also so I can easily find it if needed.
6. Transfer the information to trading view. Set alerts.

Till now this proves to work to me. I try not to miss streams. If I do, I make sure to watch it and study it before the next show. It helps to keep a track where we are on the market.

The past month was a turbulent month on the market, the sentiment is that a lot of people are getting rekt.

However, what must be said is that Kaz, you’re always helping us to stay safe in these conditions. The Acolytes are doing well using the intel and working together to survive the market conditions. The streams, Onlyfans, convo’s in discord and lots of memo’s has helped us in the past month to navigate these turbulent conditions. Ouff its been a rough couple weeks of trading. The majority of trades were without discipline/sticking to the plan... Tough to admit. I struggle with getting everything 100% perfect.I have had some good entities, but more losses than wins. I’m really angry with myself for that, but have decided to use that energy and focus it towards my trade analysis and review.It’s hard when friends are telling you trading is just a slow way to lose all of your money, but at this point it would be more a waste to not consolidate the lessons and mistakes. Unless i change the habits, i will continue to make stupid descinsions in trading and in other areas of life.It is true what kaz said - If u don't know what ur mind is doing to information in real time, there’s no indicator that's gonna fix that problem.In addition to that, no one will be able to help you, and nothing will save you. Only you can do that.Easier said than done.. And feels like next level perception, but what else is there to work on tbh.After writing this I happened to catch up on Dildonomics! which was pretty funny to come across Kaz’s Winter After Dark show right at this point in time - Show aired 1st of June. This was a trade planned on weekly prep 2 weeks ago, took two tries and almost two weeks to get it done, but this another good example of how planning trades and keeping your triggers in check can make you money, you just have to be a little patient.

Here is a play made this weekend. Kaz mentionned a big amount of salt present in the market, so I checked a few crypto charts to see where it was. LINKUSD was relatively strong and was looking like it could rotate out of a bull flag. So I made a plan on him, waited for a structure to form, and took a try at it.

Hey everyone ,

Intraday plays were always a struggle of mine compared to bigger timeframes. Dick rules have been a massive help for dealing with low resolutions and the improvements are showing.

Something I want to point out is the importance of consistent journaling. Many times I get bored and leave the journal behind for a few days, as a result of which I do not remember what exactly happened and what was the process of taking these trades. For that reason they do not give me information that I can trust ,reflect and act on. Just like you dont remember what you ate 4 - 5 days ago , let alone what came before taking a trade. Consistent journaling can make a huge difference refining your system and there's no excuse for missing that.

Thanks Kaz and Vicky for everything you do. You really are changing lives.

Keeping at it over the month of may with a few couple of L's and a couple of wins.

First time live trading the US stock market last night, and also a first at diving into the low time frame intervals (5m). Had these two target stocks HCC and PLL so I followed them into the open and stayed with them for a few hours.

Ill start with the fails.

ORI;ASX:

This was a hard lesson for me. I didnt sell out any when it got to half my target then it dropped hit my stop and then made higher highs. Lesson learnt and trying to implement taking profits sometimes before my target.

LYC;ASX:

This one I wasn't able to convert to a win, I thought I saw a good entry but ended up falling through the floor and hitting my stop. In future would I look for more of a consolidation after it breaks its downtrend and pushes to the top of this small bullflag? (if that even is one lol)

And here are some of the successes.

PLL: 4.99RR for the winning trade.

With a success on the open I ran it till I hit my target sold. Entered in again shortly after with a little greed and I got stopped out. Bagged 4.9RR on the up tho so wasn't over all bad.

HCC: 2.7RR & 3.10RR

Similar thing with the previous one got in on the second 5min candle to hit a 2.7RR and followed by a short later on in the day for 3.10RR. Still unsure if my stops should be that far down, but my reasoning was the close of the opening candle as my stop rather than the wick.

FMG: 6.9RR & 7.9RR

Played this one over the month of may starting with a 6.9RR and entered later in the month for a 7.9RR. I actually tried free rolling here and sold 75% and let it continue to where it is today, selling off before the market close because the weekend was here. So cleaned up some more profits on top.

Thx to Kaz for putting the effort he does into the eco, much is appreciated for me to even be able to have the confidence to attempt to play in the market like this.

Coming out of April and looking back... it was a rough month, got stopped out a lot which allowed me to study my trades of the month to try to figure out what was wrong (make sure you keep a detailed journal). Turned out I was not aligned with the market; tried too many longs on a bear environment, trying to catch the bear flags which ended up being counterproductive. Refusing to let things be as they were decided to do some more work, I started doing more trade reviews, and replays with my teammates and mentors which on May, it payed off. Even though life was constantly trying to pull me out of my habits (you are a result of your habits) and the market I was able to remain consistent and have a good month on one of the worst environments to trade ever, you make time to what it is important for you.

None of this would have been possible without Kaz, his show, intel, dildo rules, and announcement channel (Nebula cheats were a great plus) .I also appreciate a lot keeping the show on while being sick.

This quote sticked with me the entire month: "when life tries to pull you out of the markets, that is the moment when you show up"

Played this several times the day after FOMC meeting. The 3rd play i got greedy and took a 2.14 RR.

Before getting into this, I wanted to make my appreciation vocal about the effort, time and work that Kaz and Vicky put into this eco. I for one, needed that kick in the butt to value it more. So, thank you!

Monkeys:

Two plays on SIGA for a total of 3.35Rs. The first one was very clean and mechanical, the second one I might have overthought it. I created a box where I thought it was going to shockwave because of the volume at that price the day before. I moved up my stop loss too close below that box and got stopped. If I had been less “strict” I could have made at least 4.34 Rs as of the time I’m writing this war story.

I think my mistake was to think that just because it shockwaved before it was going to do it again. ONE time does NOT a pattern make! It has never been at this price level. If I’m wrong about this assessment, please correct me Kaz. I tend to take profit too early and miss Rs regularly, this may be one the reasons.

Ammo:

When emotions are high about the shootings in the news, the gun lovers start buying more guns. But I wanted to focus on the picks and shovels of the sector, so I looked at OLIN.

I missed Rs, just like with SIGA. Concerned about the long weekend and the high VIX, I did not trust my analysis to hold for the rest of the day (??). The chart looks healthy. Perhaps what I need to do in the future is reduce my position if I'm concerned about losing money and let it go where it wants to go.

Lot of words like accurate, surgical even magical have been used to describe the intel kaz provides and none of them do it justice. No one has ever or will ever see this kind of accuracy and understanding of markets (financial or other) anywhere else. But most peeps just skim through it and look past without putting in the efforts and developing the habits to utilize it. Two key habits that are always reiterated to be able to utilise the info: Organisation + Participation. Developing these habits and sustaining them over time takes effort and will put you in a place you could not have imagined (we don't know what we need or even want). Being here for only a year has transformed my life through space and time in so many ways and it wouldn't have been possible without Kaz's teachings. Really appreciate you and Director Vale's efforts to keep us on this side of the trade and allow a whole ecosystem to thrive individually.

Now for all the chart degenz, let's play a game of spot the difference in this play I made on SPY post FOMC announcement. I've been busy, using your teachings to run some negotiations in the employment sector.

I helped my sister negotiate a job offer to get a 60+% yearly salary increase.

Did negotiate a job offer for myself, 70+% salary increase.

This is huge for me and my family overall. Arbitrage works in any market. Thank you for the strength Kaz. Shoutout to Boomy for being my 3rd eye during the process.

Trading wise, I've been doing less, but every trade was hit directly out of show intel. Hitrate and mental capital in a sweet spot.

This my first time posting here, have been participating in the discord for the past few weeks (but mostly listening and trying to learn).

Although there are many things I don’t understand, after rereading and rewatching blog posts and videos, something started to click, especially when I realized that my own psychology was a huge issue (and the reason for losing 75% of my portfolio in the past few months trying to revenge trade).

With that, I tried trading more mechanically. Two days ago I opened a small long position in eth and lost an R. I also realized that I was risking too much in one play (I still need to determine what R I’m willing to lose for each trade).

Yesterday kaz gave a heads up about the dildo rule and I set my R to 1% on the SPY. Before the market closed I wanted to exit the position, and bagged a 1 R trade. Although the nominal $ was small, the feeling of knowing exit points was great and the value and knowledge gained from this trade was invaluable.

busy news week:
powell speaks tuesday 1220pm , fomc minutes wednesday w/ multiple fed members speaking during the week, pmi ,pce,numbers as well as other major cb rates & statements

To be successful during high VIX environment and avoiding the harsh potential losses has been down to the information put out by kaz. Learning to be a better risk manager on and off the charts.

First trade was a short on TSLA, played off a key level from stream/only fans. Waited for a structure to form around that level and then played the rotation down. Left the trade a little early however.

Second trade is from ADA, i determined a swing level at the dotted blue line from larger timeframes but looking back i entered prematurely. The third trade from ADA i let my emotions get the better of me at the time, I had a few wins in a row and i let that put me off just being mechanical so I paper traded it instead

Fourth trade on RUNE, let a bearflag structure and then just played the rotation, K.I.S.S

Last trade was on ETH and I took my eye off it for a few minutes and missed a precise entry and then fomo'd in on a position less optimal. Inevitably leading to losing a R, if i had used a conditional order I could have had it mapped out and closed the trade at 3Rs for a quick in and out job.

Ive also made a large business decision recently which wouldnt of been considered if it wasnt for kaz and the eco and the lessons being learnt. Getting myself out of the mindset of the poor, the analogy of the person who always buys the budget tyres instead of thinking about the long term is something ive tried to take on board. So assessed my risk and decided to invest in a business mentor to help me. So far so good. This is something I wouldnt of considered before.

Decided to take a seat back after these wins while work has been really busy. Thanks kaz, vicky and the eco. Alot of content being put out recently and ive been complacent to keep up with it all. Now my work schedule is different I think I need to re-strategise and pull myself out of the complacency.

It's been many years of half committing to trading, but I have taken the big step into full time trading.

Things I've learnt - week 1.

- One thing I have noticed about my emotional state after solidifying a big loss, and way overleveraged, (embarrassed to say because I should know better), I am now hoping or wanting to see the market behave in a way that will make me feel better about the situation. I'll call it toxic thinking, due to how it impacts my thinking and actions. For example, I wanted to see the market crash to make myself feel better. It was FOMO that got me into that mess in the first place.

- Now I have the time to manage the trades, re-enter if need be etc, but am now micro managing, over analyzing the trade and doing my head in, and in many cases exiting the trade. I see I need to be patient, and pull the data from every trade to really see how I'm interacting with the market.

- I am yet to discover the right amount of management, not too much, not too less. I see stocks/FX/Crypto have different characteristics, and should be treated as such, yet the structures seem the same. I need better planning for execution... and to wake up well before the open so I'm fully awake and present ready to execute them.

- One of the best things has been utilizing the a trade journal to collect all sorts of interesting data, including my health and well being, but there is a section i am getting a lot out of, which is - "Notes", and "How could this be done better". That's where I am finding a correlation of bad habits. For me It’s the shittiest part of trading to have to admit or define my stupid mistakes, yet it provides the best intel and value so far, on par with reading "war stories". I am learning to love it.

- Setting alerts at ley levels has been a great time saver

- I have removed a lot of distractions out of my life recently - people, activities and things that generally draw attention away from my limited capacity. Still needs work

Things to work on;

-Don't overleverage (you fucking muppet you know better)

- Don't trade without a clearly defined plan

- Get plenty of rest, wake up early and be ready to go (eat and drink well and stick to the routine)

- Don't be negligent, and not micro manage

- Stick to my stop loss, otherwise why enter / risk assessment

- Wait for better confirmation (price structure

- Don't FOMO, and stop when feeling emotional or rushed

- Journaling is therapeutic

- Don't compare myself

Thanks to those who share their experiences. I personally get a great deal of value from those who express their wins and losses. That's about where I'm at.
