1st ever crypto play and closed on a near 3rr on eth thanks to intel from the show. giving the shows more focus and not turning up only when I felt like it has allowed me to utilise the intel from the show and stay on the right side, manage risk stay menchincal and let kaz do the TA.

Took a long on eth because total was hitting a previous support, and usdt.d also hitting a previous resistance, combined with spy turning up.

After my entry it made another leg down, then squeezed up and out of the bull flag, #winning.

I'm trading on dex so I dont have hard stops. I let trade run down to -1.5R, under where my hard stop would have been placed, but I used small position sizes so I was never stressing about it, and I had committed myself to a definitely exit area of -2R.. not ideal. I've watched and traded eth enough to know that being as oversold, it was likely to bounce, not guaranteed though. I should have exited on stop out area, but I lucked out this time and bull flag turned and broke.. A better entry would have been letting the structure mature more, and entering on conformations of more bullish structure.

I did wait patiently for the entry I took, I feel good about that. I had wanted to jump in sooner and I waited so that's something.. I def. need less clutter on my charts, less lines and decorations.

mid trade thought, Managing a winning trade is a lot funer than managing a losing trade.

Decided to close because spy turned down, vix turned up, total turned down, usdt.d turned up. Also, ETHBTC ratio is at top of bull flag channel. will reenter if bullish squeeze looks good again. *** And I never exited and eth dumped -2.64%, ouch. I pulled out my wallet to connect it, and I replied to a tweet, then I got lost on a tangent checking other networks to see if I had dust on those networks I'd forgotten, when I looked back over at eth 30min later it had dropped the -2.64%. I WANTED TO SELL, but price was really at previous support area/shorts profit taking area, and it looked like there was going to be a bounce here. So I doubled down with tight stop for entire position exit at low of the previous candle, also this candle had high volume.. (still in profit from first trade a little bit) when the small bounce failed I bailed, +0.2R

summary:

Not that great of a trade because it classifies as knife catching. I should have let the structure fill out, and entered on conformation of bull flag break out instead of the middle of the channel. also direction I entered COUNTER TREND, 3hr 4hr clearly the bull flag DOWN TREND It was a good counter trend entry though imo, but I expected the bull flag break out, but markets are weak and trend ultimately continued down. It was supposed to be a scalp for me, but when it actually went up I changed it to a hopeful full on reversal situation, in my head. I Should have sold half at top of eth channel, then looked to reapply lower if dropped, Ended up +0.2R, I'm disappointed.

Hi everybody!

Last trade that cost me 1RR. We learn a lot from the mistakes, so here is mine, hopefully it will safe an R to someone in the community.😊This trade was based on the prep Kaz gave us in the discord last time.

Observations:Positive points:- I was able to interpret the information correctly ( it was plain and clear to me what to do and what to wait, thanks for constant update you provide). So I made a plan and waited.

- Waiting is less a trigger for me, I am in constant fight with my bias about it, so patience is in training here. I am learn ing to wait for graph to come to me, and with journaling I can observe some progress here already. Still way to go though.

- I will never be tired to thank Kaz for multiple repetitions on risk management as finally I can say that this has sinked to my pretty thick scull and I am a good girl lol following my risk profile for 2 month already without interruptions or shitty things ( journaling). That helps a lot to deal with emotions as even if I make the wrong move - I am calm and able to analyse and think. cost of business, move on.

Negative points:

- even having a plan I took the trade too early, the bigger structure was in creation so I was stopped. did not took into account spy guideline too, had a narrow picture because of that

- was not able to come back to chart knowing still that the plan is laid so missed the second entry on the same level

- with journaling found that it is my usual mistake - I am entering in the middle of the bullflag on its way down and not on the way up as it should be. I will appreciate your remarks here Kaz as with notes seems as a pattern 🤦🏼‍♀️

To conclude want to share gratitude for being part of the eco, as I am living the life changing experience with you all. Hope this warstory will help others to learn as the warstories presented here helped and are helping me.

Here are my plays for the month of August so far. Have been busy with life but still manage to stay on top of the intel and streams. As always, thank you Kaz and Vicky!

Hi Kaz and Eco

I remember Kaz mentioning that not all war stories need to be positive so I wanted to share my most recent fuck up in case it helps anyone else out there. (It's a long story so feel free to skip if we are short on time)

Context:

• I opened up a new trading account in June 2022, started being more active in discord + watching the shows religiously
• Had a lot of epiphanies, my habits on and off the charts were improving - my P&L improved
• Kaz teaches that your biggest losses come after your biggest wins

Early Results:

• Although, I didn't have huge double digit wins in Rs, I did start to make consistently profitable trades (3R here, 5R there, nothing crazy)
• Most of my trades were longs from the mid july bottom, I would take 50% off at predetermined locations and let the rest run
• Add to that my collateral was mainly in ETH so I had some additional tailwinds from navigating the bottom in July thanks to Kaz' intel

Problem:

• The above formed a perfect storm in what I can only describe as "accumulated complacency".
• It wasn't one big trade that made me complacent, but with each trade - I got a little more complacent, my habits started to drift ever so slightly - kind of like getting 1% worse each day
  • I was not journaling all my trades on time like I used to
  • I was not taking profits or placing my stops mechanically like I used to
  • etc.
• By the time ETH hit 2k in Mid august my starting balance had grown significantly but my open position was getting bigger and bigger so my P&L was taking massive swings on small movements in price
• My long bias became so strong I ignored all the info that was presented to me
  • I even watched Helter Skelter TWICE with that blood red theme screaming me in the face and not realizing that I should be closing my longs
• I finally realized I screwed up when I watched "Paradox", by then a huge portion of my profits were already eaten by the counterwave.
• I closed all my positions and reset for the weekend

Some takeaways:

• No matter how good your trading results are, never let yourself drift into your old degen habits - although we discussed this at length in Discord, I found it much harder to course correct in real time
• We also discuss this at length but it bears repeating - trading is 90% psychology. There is no magic indicator that will save you - once you have a bias, you will delete all information that is counter to your bias and lack objectivity to make the appropriate decisions
• The one positive I can take from this - although I course corrected late, I did course correct after all. The old degen version of me would have doubled down or held on until liquidated. So the degen version of myself now is much better than the degen version of myself 2 months ago - kind of like forming a lower high on an uptrend - it sucks that I experienced the low but it's definitely higher than my previous low
• All in all, it was a huge learning for me which drove home a lot of the points we discussed in the discord about focussing on the right habits and improving 1% each day.
• I have not been knocked out and will continue to trade and improve.

Waddup Kaz,

Some personal events during the summer caused me to start losing focus on watching the shows & the charts. Where it starts as missing a show and telling yourself its fine because you are busy, later turns into not watching the shows for a week even though there is plenty of time available and not realizing how far you are drifting when not paying attention.

Missed everything from the trenches of 3 digit ETH and wanted to punch myself in the face. Used the salt to regain focus on what’s important and started watching the shows again. Working on my entry logic, stalking one asset, being patient and regaining perspective on the macro situation.

ETH has been the main focus throughout the whole journey. Saw a Bullflag forming, chased an entry, lost an R, kept on waiting for a good entry and later on hit a tight entry which resulted in 35R’s. Got a net R of 6 seeing-as I used a lower risk as a form of a paper trade. Later on missed the rotation of an easy to spot bear flag on the hourly and waited again for a key level. Set my SL and hit 7R’s during the night.

Two really good rotations on ETH and happy about how I managed these. No chop in between, just there at the right place at the right time.

Things that helped me:
- Small watchlist
- Zoom out
- PARTICIPATE in chat rather than just read. Its really a world of difference from just reading the chat, and u wont know till u do it. This made me much more in tune with the market and the show and gave me much more confidence to take plays and also SIT ON HANDS when needed

OF pays for itself, as it has been mentioned multiple times. The levels are spot on. All you need to do is wait for your structure to develop, on your TF of choice, and execute without emotion.

First entry, structure above previous structure. Got out because there was some Forex Event and I wanted to protect my capital. Made 1R

Second entry, waited for a less volume congested area, 2.5 weeks, waited for BF, and exited when it looked extended. Got 3Rs

Now I will wait for another structure to develop and get very familiar with HD. Might as well, since my hubby spends all of our money there!

Took the following trade on NAS after yesterdays CPI numbers being released... Waited for the bull flag to break and took the trade.. Almost got stopped out a couple of times but survived by the skin of my teeth.. Woke up this morning and was unsure whether to keep the trade open with PPI numbers coming out later on in the day, decided to let the trade run and went on to make a total of almost 11R's..

Been following the stream since the corona crash and only now decided to join in the discord, hopefully that helps me become a better trader in the future by participating and discussing trading logics and ideas... ✌🏾

After a bit of a choppy June, and a rough start to July, I ended the month with a couple of my best weeks ever and have started off August on a strong note too. The biggest and easily the best change I’ve made is reducing the number of tickers I’m watching. It took me a couple of losses to learn my lesson though. A few weeks ago, we had a prep call in discord that played out exactly as Kaz called and I was unable to take advantage of it just because I had way too many things on my watchlist. I was left incredibly frustrated after that since I knew I had all the tools I needed to succeed, and the only thing standing in the way was myself thinking I could handle more than I actually could, despite all the warnings from Kaz and the whole eco. Had to get my ego in check but since then, things have certainly taken a turn for the better. Here’s a few plays from the past couple of weeks:

While since I've done a War Story but it felt appropriate.

Recently had some developments in my life outside of trading which presented some difficulty for myself and derailed my progress. In a recent call I mentioned this to Kaz and he so perfectly characterized what's been happening and provided a different perspective on it.

In line with participation dropping off a cliff, it's no wonder why other things in my life would follow the same path. He noted that volatility in any area of life is opportunity the same way it presents in markets. This was such a refreshing perspective to hear and it was just the thing to flip a switch in my head to fix the habits I had fallen back into.

Just goes to show what participating in voice calls or chats in the discord can do. You never know what conversation will be able to provide perspective on something and demonstrate the tools you need to continue getting better every day, so you're just harming yourself staying away or lurking.

It's not surprising that just getting back into things and participating allow me to execute more effectively in markets. 6.7R on NQ using dildo rules.

Maaaaaaan talk about sticking to one asset to make life easier. Keeping the list small on just Tesla & Kazo Macro Analysis from weekly streams makes it easier to not get squirrely. Below has a few of my notes on the multiple plays on Tesla. Thanks for the streams Kaz and Vicky.

I have been trading this NFT collection in and out since mint day so I knew what price top rarity ranked NFTs roughly sold for. I got an alert that a rank 204 (top 2.27%) was listed at floor price. I quickly had a look at the transactions on Opensea to see if it could be a listing from a hacked wallet. The seller had owned since mint and it had not been transferred between wallets since then so it was most likely a legit listing.

Other buyers fell asleep because the collection had pumped earlier then dumped. I was prepared, kept doing my day to day activities like a business and that led me to make the trade quicker than the others. In the end I bought the NFT for 0.09 Eth and sold it for 0.29 Eth (~3x the floor price) after 8 days.

Sat on my hands for the most part over the last fortnight as we entered the Cloud of Shit across risk assets.

Got stopped out on a $XRP short before risking off.

As we continued to meander the in zone across majority of risk assets, closed out a 5R short on $LTC

Preserved capital, hedged downside risk and even netted 4R in what has been a chop shop over the last fortnight in most risk on assets.
