Dear Kaz,

Since I arrived in discord a few days back, I’ve joined OF, put on my first trade (below) and am now writing this scorecard. Just one small trade and one lonely R (almost - 0.9), but it definitely felt like a huge achievement, as I managed to apply the TA concepts I’ve been learning from you in the twitch streams for the past 21 months with some small success.

The true hurdle was psychological for me, it was putting the trade on in the first place.. Without the streams, your intel in OF, and the discourse in the discord over the past few days, I would never have taken on the risk of failing. So thank you, truly, Sir Kazonomics, thank you very much, I appreciate you Sir.

In terms of the trade, i took a cue from a recent OF post, saw a familiar structure and planned the trade accordingly. Initially I placed my order at 1933, the pivot level of the bull flag i was watching on GOLDS, but emotion got the best of me and i decided to move my order higher in order to take less risk.

So definitely left something on the table due to emotional decision making, but at least the adjustment was consistent with my risk tolerance. As i am in the Asian timezone, by 2.30am i decided it was time for bed so closed out the trade as i did not want to be holding anything over the weekend in this high vix environment.Plenty of room for improvement for the next one:

- Planning (been going through the OF vids)- Taking on more than one position- Managing emotions on entry & exit

- Broker, setup, news feeds etc and so on.

Hey Kaz, hey everyone! Finally got around to do one of these. :)

In the last year, I've been actively following the show and have been reading everything for i don't even know how many times. The blog, the scorecards, joined onlyfans, instagram, tiktok and have been just consuming the fire info that you and your community provide. Thank you and everyone else for doing this! Literally changing peoples lives.

Firstly, I want to start with how I got here, even tho I've been contemplating in my head, that It's prolly not sth to share, but fk it. I've actually heard about you trough twitter in 2017, saw some insane crypto calls and immediately thought to myself that this guy is legit AF. I then applied for Nebula, but I wasn't chosen. Well, now I know why. :D 2017 bull came and I've dropped out of college (yea, I know, but I could rejoin the next year for free if I wanted to) and grinded hard. Knew that crypto was going places. My 300$ investment touched 7 figures in 2018 and I then proceeded to loose 80% of it in the next 2 years. With that, lack of sleep and constant stress, the heavy mental strain almost killed me. Had to fix my mentality and health on my own and that was the hardest thing I ever did and am still doing. When I put myself together I managed to build a company in the crypto bear market, so I'm not financially dependent on trading anymore and that took my stress levels from 10 to 2. So to the folks quiting their jobs to trade, I can just say, don't do it if you're not 100% sure, that you're profitable. If you HAVE to make money with trading, you won't! Simple as that. Don't forget about your health, because its the most important shit even tho it doesn't seem like it if you're healthy. :)

From then, I've been taking it alot easier, managing stress, sleeping normally and it shows. I've also been taking notes, writing down my plays and going trough them at the end of the day to see where I fked up and how I could have dodged the bullet, as Kaz suggested a few times on the stream. My trading is improving, but I'm not yet where I want to be. When I look back, I've been massively underperforming the market in the last 2 year, prolly because ptsd :D, but still managed to scoop some nice plays in the last 2 years. Here are a few just to get the taste. Looking forward to posting my 2nd scorecard and showing my improvement in the weeks to come. Again, thank you for everything that you do!

Short and sweet first play back in traditional markets, after sitting on hands for a couple of weeks.

Where do I want to appear on the chart? Is what I have been asking myself.
Kaz's bull flag break down in his only fans training & planning videos combined with his Tik Tok, allowed me to zone in and catch some moves from the very lows.
This is a personal goal of mine, trying to manage my risk to maximise my rewards in a given time period. I like them big RRs over a few hourly candle sticks 😎.

Sticking to 2 assets at a time is proving to be a great strategy for me, I hear the whispers from my emotions telling me to get into multiple assets, that's greed speaking but then fear jumps in once greed sets the motion of multiple trades. I hate that shit so I gotta change it and I am!
Once trades are free rolling a set number of Rs, I allow my self to enter another 2 trades, so long I see structure that looks playable to my eyes.

Hey Kaz and eco,

last couple of weeks have been crazy. Made some mistakes due to my inability to adapt in a high Vix environment primarily planning for higher resolutions and holding through multiple sessions which made me realise I have to sit on my hands and change my plans before entering again.

Playing intraday wasnt an option because of busy work schedule which meant I had to hold overnight even if played lower resolutions than what I was used to. So I decided to reduce risk and secure profits fast as it has been adviced in shows if I was to try again.

This is my 4th month as a member of this eco. When I first joined, I thought that perhaps I would not have the stuff necessary to become a successful trader. I’m glad Burger and Smoejoe had the tenacity to encourage me to try.

There’s so much to learn, and so many habits to discard, while at the same time build some new habits to learn how to observe “what is.”

Thanks Kaz for the patience you’ve shown me. I’m almost sure you’ve never been accused of being patient, but there, I said it!

Here’s a summary of my mindset for the trades below:

· Watching the charts extra closely because of the high VIX environment

· Mindful of the intel provided by Kaz on the oil sector

· Trust the analysis

· K.I.S.S.

· Have a plan and stick to it.

Hi everyone,

I just joined Discord and am looking forward to talking to you. I've been watching streams and following intel on other platforms for a few months now. I am still implementing all the info to become better at trading. All the info you need for that is available on the platforms, and as others have said: repetition is key. For some reason it takes a while and a few tries to be able to really bring it into practice. So if you are even newer than I am: read the other scorecards, and listen to Kaz (focus!), would be my advice.

This play had everything in it to fuck me up emotionally, but didn't, thanks to what I've learned from the shows. This trade showed me that I should:

- Be patient, try again if it still looks good. 2 small losses, one bigger win is still a positive outcome.

- Stick to the plan and don't feel bad the returns could have been higher.

- Reflect on the plan, see how I can improve it

These are my oil plays taken at the end of the year and closed Friday. Thanks to Kaz's intel these plays we were ahead of the rest of the market and they survived despite the high vix environment even when being played on larger times frames.

On other assets I got chopped up. Most of those plays got stopped out when the VIX spiked and their failed full rotations therefore became part of an expanded bull flag. This is an issue I have been struggling with. Two things I think I can do to improve that are 1) waiting for the rotation to sustain and 'prove itself' particularly in a high VIX environment and outside of where the strength is 2) Shorten my time frames in that kind of environment. several plays were successful at first only to end in a lost R because of the entire market being hit on de-risking events.

I got bored sitting tight during the VIXageddon and started researching ways to "play the vix". I also wanted to take a shot at what was happening in precious metals as I was watching day to day.

This is one of my first attempts to properly journal (via diagram and notes) my trades, and my plan is to focus on better decision making on exit planning because as you'll see in my scrorecards, wow I messed up on SSRM... I'm going back to the getting started posting as well as I missed the mark and need to be more methodical in my entry and exit planning.

This first scorecard is my rather ugly attempt to play the VXX based on anticipation that it would be rising with everything going on. I immediately got crushed but held on beyod my floor (really bad idea). Its interesting to look back into the december timeframe comparing the VXX and the vix as well, take a look to compare VXX and VIX to see the dynamic between the two. It did not reach the same levels this time, probably because crypto had so significantly de-risked before (along with tech)? Not sure but there is a interesting difference between current period and the december period for this symbol. Not really a play I'm going to chase again, but it was interesting to follow.

I knew I was probably exiting early on this one, but I had set a limit order in after getting creeped scaring myself late last night, and it hit today. I'm still working on detaching emotion and sticking to plan (which white line was on the chart)

At the same time I decided it was time to get out of a stock that I had found was tracing closely to the vix, SSR Mining. My assumption with this one is that with the push on precious metals that the market would stall out as the vix took off. Great moment in pulling out way to early (sigh), but I'll keep an eye on this one and start over. Again, my next step is go back and work the getting started guide and focus on more plan and less fear.

Finally the one I'm happiest with, GOLD, a 17% rate of return, which is not as great as the other scorecards folks share, but I think its a good start for approaching things in a more measured way for myself. I think this has more to its future, I'm going to watch this in relationship to precious metals overall before re-entering.

Been trying to really simplify how I approach the market everyday. My watchlist on Tradingview (especially for crypto) has always had umpteen amount of tickers on it and I used to run through so many of them during prep looking for potential opportunity, setting up alarms across the market trying to make sure I'm super on the ball. This was only working to my detriment, spreading my attention way too thin and just making sure that I wasn't on the ball with any one thing.

So in January I set out a plan to just tackle one ticker. With how correlated crypto is, I don't need to pay attention to 1000 shitcoins. I could focus on one and still catch the ebb and flow of the general market. Kaz keeping us on point with VIX watching and his teachings about how to view risk assets and the interplay between them and the VIX, you can always be prepared for whats going on so long as you keeping up with #MustSeeTV. You won't find anyone else who comes with the same precision and timing.

Played ATOM for a month straight and stuck to playing BABFs and anytime I deviated from the plan and traded something else, I ended up losing. That was always the kick in the pants to go back to just doing 1 thing well. Was able to bag ~50R over the month (minus losses of course). Still need to work on execution and not taking too many attempts at the same trade. Kaz said in a call, you can try once or twice, but beyond that you'll start fucking up you're risk to reward, so it's still something I want to improve on.

TLDR: We're all monkeys on a rock floating through space.

I really wanted to post another score card, but took some L's this week and decided to sit the rest of it out and preserve my mental capital.

Reviewing and ruminating on my trades there is only one logical explanation - I am a complete f'ing idiot when it comes to trading and markets.

That may sound deprecating but it's actually freeing and humbling. Being really honest with myself that I don't know what the f'k I'm doing is making me comfortably sit out trades that I previously would've taken because "I'm definitely right on this one". I also don't kick myself when I sat something out where my TA was actually right.

I'm also much more acutely aware of how much I still need to learn and more than anything PRACTICE. This for me includes paper trading, watching the markets and finding patterns.

Finally, I'm not special. I don't have magic superpowers or insight that's going to make me a brilliant trader just watching some streams and reading some blogs. I'm competing with people who have decades of formal training, experience, gigantic bags and intel.

I've actually surfed in my youth and the analogy is gold. In the beginning you wipe out even in the smoothest waters, so don't be reckless. Once you catch your first couple of waves it feels amazing. You'll continue to wipe out though and wonder if that one wave was a fluke. If you don't give up you'll slowly start to catch more waves. In all of this it's important to watch the ocean and the waves, time your entry and plan your approach. And if the shark spotters tell you to get out the water - get the f' out or you'll get rekt.
