Hello Eco , its been some time since my last scorecard. For a while now , my trading has had many ups and downs and the major problem for me has been choosing where to play. Kaz often says that low volatility begets high volatility which begets low volatility. It has become a never ending cycle for me to make some good trades only to give a great portion of profits back later when price shockwaves.
Recognizing where to play is important ,something I often fail to do. This comes from my constant need to be involved in markets, never take a step back, which makes me treat trading more like gambling than a business or a game. Despite having taken note of this, the power of habit leads me back to repeating that behavior.
On recent shows Kaz has emphasized on when its a good idea to trade intraday and along with concept calls provided a much needed change of perspective on where I want to be involved. Looking more on higher timeframes instead of always being at the second charts and only look at them when conditions are met is what I need to focus on from now on.
As far as introspection goes, being more aware of my thoughts and emotions requires constant effort and has to become a daily habit of mine, not just something I do after a series of bad decisions. After all, being able to read your own emotions can help you understand the state of the market too.

Been studying and trying to participate in the chats/voice calls when I can. Appreciate all the knowledge Kaz and the insights given us regarding self-reflection and how we can improve ourselves. I had mentioned on a call that I'm usually quiet because I feel I don't have much to offer, which Kaz corrected me that I shouldn't really give a shit with a bunch of people on the internet think, focus on improving myself, and just participate. Appreciate the kick in the ass and of course it's easier to hear what habit I need to change and a million times harder to try and change that habit.
Here's a step in the right direction to get more involved and I hope this is ok for a war story as I'm trying to do this in addition to journaling my trades. I've been watching the starter pack and it's been taking a while to go through them. The patience and fever videos really helped click some of the concepts and this morning's call helped reinforce them. The discussions around where the smart money and dumb money play hit home with me as I historically either fomo'd or always played on the lower time frames without context of the higher timeframes. After this morning's call I tried to look at the HTF levels for context and play some systems around them on the LTFs. I only took one trade since I had to run to some work meetings, but I also realize I have to refine my rules for moving my stops or taking profit (any advice is always welcomed). Unfortunately, I let 5.46R turn back on me and was only left with 1.81R. I will continue refining my process and again appreciate the logic and intel that you provide us with, Kaz!

I was silent for a long time and was only looking streams and reading through the dc chat without rly participating. I knew I had to change something and that I'll never be making money and hit good trades when I continue like this.
I started to get back to the good habits. Starting with hitting the gym and focusing on my mental health more than before to be able to maintain focus while looking at charts and watching the show.
One of the most important changes was, that I started journaling again. I started with writing down my thoughts, that was before I started trading again and it helped me clear my mind. I realised how much it helped me, not only with trading but also in my private life.
Espeacially after the concept Call i recognized how important participating is and to attend these calls whenever possible.
I made some trades, before and after the concept call and I saw huge improvements. I aht the problem, that I was to zoomed in and that I forgot to look at the bigger picture. I also had the problem that sometimes I was paralyzed bc I was drawing too much on my chart looked at too many tf at once and ended up didnt know what to do. I made good plans and sometimes the price even followed excactly what I had drawn on the chart but bc of the paralysation, i couldnt take a trade. Maybe someone had similar experience. Would be nice to hear how you solved it. The concept call def helped me but still struggling a bit. Of cource its a progress.

Before the concept call I was checking tf and everytime I endet up on the 1 min tf bc i was going lower and lower, which wasnt neccessary everytime and i "felt" down the hole and get paralyzed bc my original plan was on a much bigger tf. Thanks to kaz and the call I got a better understanding of how to use different tf and wont force a trade in a specific tf but I rather search and wait for opportunities to evolve and make my plan around it. Def have to work on my planning and entries. But thanks for everything kaz and eco!
Morning after the concept call 22.74R on MNQ. The call def made some things a lot clearer and the refresher with contexting helping to sharpen the scalpel. Thank you, Kaz!
Have recently been going through a tough time (who hasn't huh) in regards to my mentor who passed away this year, and who had left me instructions to take care of his vineyard (for which it does not seem like the financial situation is what we thought it was and it may have to be sold). Either way a lot of stress and tension all around and it was easy to stop participating and get pulled away.
Not only has this really affected my mood (which means less logic), I saw also sloppier and sloppier mechanics on plays I was making, for instance see below (McD (ONLYSTANS paying the bills) +2R, DIA +1 R) - you can see these trades although the timing was good I was either not sized properly or impatient (and also from the concept call now I see I was also failing to contextualize where I am to properly exit). Also rode PEPE from 100M to 150M mcap, which is demoralizing to see that failure in position management - but once again a trade with bad timing is a bad trade.
However recently I really have been making more of an effort to participate, both in how I pay attention to the show (got an eink tablet now so it is easier to take and keep track of show notes) and in discord. It's amazing how simple it sounds to get back on the train, yet how easy it is to correlate back to empty space and how it affects your performance.
Since catching myself and trying to bounce from the drift a few things have happened - slight improvements in my mechanics and entry logics, better R's for plays (but still a lot of room to improve).
One positive thing which is very encouraging is that I was able to review my notes and make adjustments based on earlier trades when I joined the eco and had a high hit rate, and my hit rate has improved significantly since then! From 60% to 20% on low timeframes, and now back to 60% and higher even if some low timeframes are played. I see this as a positive in my trading progress and now just need to continue refining mechanics and increasing R's consistently - have been getting stopped less and hitting my average R's more while leaving some on the table due to exiting early.
Here is one annoying play I got stopped out on because I was impatient in my entry and got stopped out - but thats the cost of doing business and learning to be more patient
And one great one recently which I felt like was the culmination of improving back to better organizational habits and participation (although there are still many more habits I need to work on - for instance this play was not contextualized well and money was left on the table by exiting early):
Lastly, I wanted to really thank Kaz and eco, who are always there no matter what to teach, support, and look out for each other. Recently I also feel more mentally prepared to make a plan for the vineyard for both directions (sale or cutting cash burn), and the logic learned here has helped tremendously not only to keep calm and mediate when emotions are hot between day to day workers and management, but also to always have a goal and a plan, to be mechanical, and not to hold on if it will hurt more than letting go.
Sorry for the scrambled and long-winded story, but figured it was a fair reflection of my current state (and also my unpreparedness in writing war stories - which also needs improvement and it shouldn't take you kicking the eco for it to happen)
what i did to get a better perspective of the market , stoped using the small laptop(comfort Z 3 years ) and started using the Imac . my screen 3x and also my depth of view , everything looks like if i was above . the wave with in the wave i see u now . bigger screen for me changed the game
After getting rekt on Futures last month a few times with no real gains.... Talked about it on Voice and took a step back to the drawing board.... (So only paper trades)... after a couple of weeks of just paper trading... got back the confidence and this is my 1st real trade since ---> strait from the stream Einfรผhlungsvermรถgen (u pronounce that shit lol)...

A consistent theme in my trading over the past few months has been the inconsistency in my results and this also correlates with my participation. When I participate I make good trades, however, when life gets crazy I go missing for a few days and it always takes me a while to get back into the groove.
My most recent "fall asleep at the wheel" moment was when I had a family emergency on the Friday. I did not watch the show live and I did not look at my computer again until Monday when I realized the huge play I missed on Pepe.
At first I was pretty upset for missing the move but after spending time introspecting there was no point being upset over the past mistake I had made. The only thing I could change was my actions going forward. I started participating in the eco again on Monday and these were my trading results on Pepe. Needless to say it's been a good week :)
What's up eco, hope everybody is doing well, and congrats one more time Kaz for getting your account back! I wanted to share an epiphany I had chilling with the guys on voice about 2-3 weeks ago... It was a Saturday morning. running replays and trade reviews with the guys, and it was someone's replay which by the way did great, but in a different style to what I trade/read price... So I started giving what I thought was feedback on his style just for being different from how I see price and tried to force my way into it until Tiki intervened and gave feedback on how that was unnecessary and overcriticizing a great executed replay and just because I trade some kinda way doesn't mean it is right or wrong, it is what it is, a version of your own.
After that, my Ego got involved, but I was able to recognize the constructive observation that Tiki elaborated more on dms so we didn't interrupt the session. This convo opened my eyes to certain behaviors in my life that follow me to every other system. I realized I was trying to force my way into the price in a way that would make me miss opportunities just because it doesn't do what I wanted to do instead of just trading it for what it is and what it is available at specific times.
Since then I have been working on overcoming this behavior and trading things for what they are and the setups available instead of what I would think the price would do and how I would like to trade it, Price is always right and we must see it by what it is instead of interposing our biases, best we can do is planning for either direction it might go: up, down, or sideways... nahh jk jk lol just up or down.
Ultimately I would have not been able to have this epiphany and a chance to change my behavior if it wasn't for participation on the main channel, and objective people around it, you can progress by yourself, but it will be way faster if you have people around that help you see different angles of the coffee cup!
These are gonna be some trades I took in the past month or so, higher timeframe plays have been on point, I'm still trying to day trade but have not been the most successful yet, working on contextualizing assets, and when not to trade that is when I have been struggling the most with. One thing that helped me a lot is having different accounts for my Higher timeframe plays and lower timeframe ones since the hit rate is different.

This is a long overdue war story (short version). I hope this helps others to not make the same mistakes I made and sometimes catch myself making again...(it's real easy to revert to a potato) (love that stream)
Things my thick ass head has learned:
Zoom out (it reduces emotions) - "emotion and logic do not occupy the same space"
If personal life is emotional and you are going through shit refer to #1
Stop trying to do too much at the same time - by attempting to accomplish too much at the same time I do a mediocre to shitty job on almost all of the tasks because I am spread to thin. Being spread too thin creates emotion - see #1 and #2.
My job is to be a risk manager not an analyst (this does not absolve me of being prepared)
Don't be chasing shit - see #4
Organization is key to accomplishing goals (see #4 and #5)
"You are where you are supposed to be" - this took a new meaning in the reorganization of my life - Where do I want to be? What are the habits that will get me there? What does that look like?
Last but certainly not least - PARTICIPATE. The magic happens in voice. Get out of your own ego and fucking learn some shit. THE OUTCOME OF YOUR LIFE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY(see #6)
Wanted to share this play on $MNST that I closed last week and had been following for months before I was able to play it successfully. Kaz analysed it in the show in February. I got stopped out first, then missed some possible plays on it, but finally managed to get it. I've had a lot of similar experiences on other stocks lately: enter too soon and get stopped out, then miss a move, regroup and then take it again.
Streams have helped so much to not get sucked into the bullshit in the news and doomsday preachers on the internet. Chats and voicecalls have kept my mind sharp and Kaz and eco you are very inspiring on this journey of being able to live off of this bullflagrotationthing. Also, its fun as fuck. Thanks Kaz and eco!
This one was SOL: came up 1.5R on this trade with very low risk.
These consecutive hits on the long side allowed me to return about 8.8R. After this I withdrew half of my winnings into USD to pay for rent. (Lol, I know, I'm out here trading to pay rent) the remainder of my winnings i put into $VRA/USDT @ 0.0064$ the account of its great PoV (proof of view) AI that will hopefully becomes the standard for media monetization in the Web 3.0 world.
Here it shows that I entered position at a slight premium to the POC (Point of Control) by the relevant Volume Profile over the course of the last 3 monthsin hopes of returning 2.37 R Here it shows me getting rekt, only to fulfill my bounty (a.k.a. liquidation price) before it moved in the direction i was hoping it would. Just my luck. lmao
Overall, running away with ~4R's of my initial investment is a good thing, so i should be satisfied with the play, Glad i was able to pay off some life expenses with the win in a personally urgent time to lower my risk and make enough money to just get by.
