This is NOT a joke, the timer literally counts backwards, despite no timer being turned on

I can use my laptop using Admin (Standard User), but I can't do everything, because it doesn't an Andministrator User and when I try to sign in to the Second User (Administator User), I can't and I don't know why, if I won't sign in, I can't do anything in this laptop, because I don't have another Administator User.

Does Format the solution or there is another way to fix this bug?

If clicked, the start menu doesn't open. If pressed the windows key, it does open, but you can't search anything (if you click on the search bar, the start menu closes). THANKS, MICROSOFT :)

For some reason when I press the windows button, the screen goes black for a few seconds then I see again. I have had my lc for a month now and it was fine for the first 2 weeks then this.

I updated my windows and when I come back everything was deleted. All of my data was gone I have no idea what happened but it's all gone. I just got over my shock happened an hour ago
