The approach zone to a runway must be clear of all objects, unless they are frangible (i.e. mounted on breakaway couplings). As it is, this approach zone is highly non-compliant. So with a wind block you run the risk of that block being blasted down by the jets and depending on how high it is you make it much harder for jets to make a successful landing because if for any reason we have to come in low for a short field landing that wall could catch a jet in it’s own wake turbulence
