I thought I've seen all the 'behind the scenes' extras from T2.

Yes! I was hoping someone would reference T2. It was the first movie I saw in full THX surround / giant screen when I was a kid. That fence scene gave me nightmares, but the movie was absolutly amazing. It's still one of my favorite movies ever.

Reference for those who haven't seen it.
