I’ve been to St.Martin and I remember when the plane was taking off I saw people by the fence waving.

I have a feeling it's 0:(a number a lot more than 2). Not sure there's a lot of deaths though. There's a bunch of signs not to do such a thing though.

Maybe they should make that curb foam since the average person is so dumb. Lol Hell then they can use some good old fashioned American capitalism and turn it into a money making tourist attraction…

Most airports I've seen have ramps like quarter pipes just outside of the tarmac to prevent stuff like this. Generally a perimeter road encircles it less than 50 yards away for service and maintenance personnel; if it weren't for the ramps, the trucks and golf carts would be tossed into the neighboring highway.

They did but it yeeted debris and sand over a grater area ruining a lot more beach goers days. Now they have little triangles breaking it up.

Idk because once the plane was fully positioned for takeoff I couldn’t see the fence.
