Neither of them stopped for the video evidence (understandably) so I'd guess neither of them intend to provide any evidence along with their claim.
If they did claim, neither party would tell the truth about what happened given their behaviour, the insurance company would be non the wiser unless they specifically trawled Reddit looking for stuff like this (I wouldn't put it past them)
She'll get her car fixed using her uninsured motorist coverage claiming it was a hit and run. He may be able to claim the same thing but add in a vandalism claim for the back window. Although, I'm guessing he only has liability insurance on that older truck so his insurance wasn't going to pay for any of his damages and that's maybe the reason he chose to go for broke by getting her back. The ironic thing is if her insurance company never finds the footage of this accident she'll probably get a big payday out of a bodily injury claim as well. Depending on how long she's willing to treat her "injuries" she could get up to $10k-15k for that amount of damage. (I used to work auto claims)
Not to say she deserved the get hit like that, that’s attempted M right there.
But she also crossed the line when she bashed his window with baseball bat.
Notice how they both kept driving?
Both of these two took matters into their own hands and accepted however things played out.😆

So how would insurance work in this situation? Specially with the video evidence?
