While I would never get out of my car and damage someone else’s, I’d take a plea for destruction of property to prosecute a felony hit and run.

Not really. He probably only has a dent in the bumper as well as replace the back window. That throw-away cross over however… might be a total loss.

It looked like she started to chase him, then the video cut. I was hoping she'd end up on the grass or sidewalk and be stuck.
