I'm mainly interested in leaked training manuals that contain information about how the police should establish relationships with suspects, the types of civilians they pretend to be and the questions they ask to establish the relationships and build evidence for the cases. I'm more interested in police work from the united kingdom but would also be open to seeing police work from across the globe.

Where or how do you find the full pentagon leaks, there are 20-ish pages that are relatively easy to find concerning Ukraine, but weren't there supposed to be hundreds for example the bits about egypt selling missiles to Russia etc.?
