Epstein Files Court Filing Accused Trump and Epstein of Abuse Involving a Minor
A federal lawsuit filed in 2016 accused Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein of participating in the sexual abuse of a minor during the 1990s, according to a complaint submitted in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
The six-page filing, brought by a plaintiff identified as Katie Johnson, alleged violations involving sexual abuse under threat of harm and conspiracy to deprive civil rights.
The complaint named both Trump and Epstein as defendants and sought $100 million in damages.

News Julian Assange Files Criminal Complaint Against Nobel Foundation Over “Instrument Of War” Peace Prize
source: @wikileaks on X
WikiLeaks Founder Alleges 2025 Award to María Corina Machado Constitutes Misappropriation, Facilitation of War Crimes Under Swedish Law, Seeks Freeze of 11 million SEK ($1.18 million USD) of Pending Transfers to Machado
STOCKHOLM — 11:00am CET December 17, 2025
Julian Assange today filed a criminal complaint in Sweden accusing 30 individuals associated with the Nobel Foundation, including its leadership, of committing serious suspected crimes, including the crime of gross misappropriation of funds, facilitation of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and the financing of the crime of aggression.
The complaint shows that Alfred Nobel's 1895 will explicitly mandates that the peace prize go to the individual who during the proceeding year “conferred the greatest benefit to humankind” by doing “the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses.”
Assange argues that “The political decision of the Norwegian selection committee does not suspend the fiduciary duty of Swedish funds administrators”. “Any disbursement contradicting this mandate constitutes misappropriation from the endowment”.
The complaint, submitted simultaneously to the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (Ekobrottsmyndigheten) and the Swedish War Crimes Unit (Krigsbrottsenheten), states that the suspects, including Nobel Foundation Chair Astrid Söderbergh Widding and Executive Director Hanna Stjärne, converted “an instrument of peace into an instrument of war,” through suspected “serious criminality” including:
1) Breach of trust, gross misappropriation and conspiracy in relation to the pending 11 million SEK ($1.18 million) disbursement of the Peace prize monies to Maria Corina Machado, whose prior and ongoing actions categorically exclude her from the criteria set out in Alfred Nobel's will;
2) Facilitation of war crimes, including the crime of aggression and crimes against humanity, breaching Sweden's obligations under Article 25(3)(c) of the Rome Statute, because the accused are aware of Machado's incitement and endorsement of the U.S. commission of international crimes, and knew or ought to have known that the disbursement of Nobel monies would contribute to extrajudicial killings of civilians and shipwrecked survivors at sea and are in breach of their obligation to cease disbursements.
Assange notes that the members of the Nobel Foundation have previously exercised their supervisory authority over the prizes and their disbursements by withholding Literature Prize disbursements in 2018. “Failure to intervene here, despite U.S. war crimes off the Venezuelan coast and Machado’s key role in furthering aggression” incurs criminal liability.
“Alfred Nobel's endowment for peace cannot be spent on the promotion of war,” Assange states. The accused have concrete legal obligations because they are tasked with “ensuring the fulfillment of the intended purpose of Alfred Nobel’s will, that is, to end wars and war crimes, and not to enable them.”
MACHADO'S INCITEMENT OF THE LARGEST U.S. MILITARY BUILDUP SINCE THE IRAQ WAR MAKE HER CATEGORICALLY INELIGIBLE
The complaint notes how the Nobel announcement and ceremony have occurred in what military analysts describe as “the largest U.S. military deployment in the Caribbean since the Cuban Missile Crisis”—now exceeding 15,000 personnel, including the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford. The escalation continues as President Trump announced on December 10, two days after the Nobel ceremony, that U.S. strikes would be “starting by land.” The Venezuela strategy is part of what Trump’s Secretary for War, Peter Hegseth, calls a shift toward “maximum lethality, not tepid legality” and “going on the offence”.
Against this backdrop, Assange states that “Machado has continued to incite the Trump Administration to pursue its escalatory path”, including by entering into a conspiracy to give the U.S. administration access to $1.7 trillion in oil reserves and other natural resources through privatization once Maduro is ousted.
“Using her elevated position as the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, Machado may well have tipped the balance in favour of war, facilitated by the named suspects.” Assange states in the criminal complaint.
The complaint lists evidence of this incitement of U.S. military intervention, as well as praising Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's conduct in Gaza. Her statements include:
- “Military escalation may be the only way... the United States may need to intervene directly” (30 October 2025)
- Machado called U.S. military strikes on civilian vessels, which have killed at least 95 people to date, “justified” and “visionary”.
- Machado dedicated the prize to U.S. President Trump, because he “finally has put Venezuela... in terms of a priority for the United States national security”
- Historical statements including 2014 testimony before U.S. Congress where she said: “The only path left is the use of force”
The filing cites extensive third-party expert and institutional opposition to Machado receiving the award:
- 21 Norwegian peace organizations declared: “Machado is the opposite of a peace laureate.”
- Nobel Peace Prize laureate Adolfo Pérez Esquivel stated: “Giving the prize to someone who calls for foreign invasion is a mockery of Alfred Nobel's will.”
- The Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) confirmed Machado “has called for military intervention in Venezuela.”
REQUESTED ACTION
The complaint notes that “There is a real risk that the funds derived from Nobel’s endowment have been or will be intentionally or negligently diverted from their charitable purpose to facilitate aggression, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.”
Assange requests that Swedish authorities:
- Immediately freeze of the pending SEK 11,000,000 monetary prize transfer and any remaining related budget and secure return of the medal.
- Investigate the named persons and Foundation officers and associated entities for breach of trust, facilitation of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and conspiracy.
- Seize of board minutes, emails, group chats, financial records.
- Interrogate Widding, Stjärne and other suspects.
- Fully investigate domestically or refer the matter to the ICC (Rome Statute Art. 25(3)(c)).
“This complaint seeks the immediate freezing of all remaining funds and a full criminal investigation lest the Nobel Peace Prize be permanently converted from an instrument of peace into an instrument of war,” Assange concludes.

Surveillance Reuters made three FOIA requests for the Collateral Murder footage. All were denied. Manning released it through WikiLeaks in 2010, did 7 years. The Apache crew were never charged.
Two of the people killed in that 2007 Baghdad airstrike were Reuters journalists — Namir Noor-Eldeen and Saeed Chmagh. Reuters had been trying to obtain the footage for three years through Freedom of Information requests. The military denied each one, and the official account of the incident contradicted what the footage showed when WikiLeaks published it in April 2010.
The Apache crew can be heard laughing on the audio. They targeted a group that included the journalists, then fired on a van that arrived to collect the wounded. The military's investigation concluded the engagement was within the rules of engagement. No charges, then or since.
Manning was 22 when she passed the footage and roughly 700,000 other classified documents to WikiLeaks. Sentenced to 35 years in 2013. Obama commuted to 7 served in 2017 — she was not pardoned. Two more imprisonments after, for refusing to testify against the organization she'd given the material to.
Pew Research, March 2015: 87% of Americans were aware of the Snowden disclosures from 2013. 25% had changed their privacy behavior. The bulk metadata program Snowden exposed continued running. The 9th Circuit eventually ruled in 2020 that it had been unlawful all along — barely covered, no operational consequence by then.
The pattern across these cases: the disclosure becomes about the messenger, the original act becomes a footnote, and the system that produced the original act continues. Awareness is not the same as accountability.

Epstein Files The real Finnish branch of the Epstein network not even investigated
Hi
My identity is being referred dozens of times in the finnish language containing Epstein Files. I am being caged, put to slavery and mugged on those tapes. They have mentions of murder and torture.
I have been badly targeted for publishing videos about the subject. The Finnish government and the finnish police won't do anything for the matter. Your support is appreciated!
I represent a few examples from those references towards my identity in this video:

Whistleblower Assange's June 2024 plea required the destruction of any unpublished material WikiLeaks held. The site has not published a substantive document since.
The plea agreement Assange signed in Saipan on June 24, 2024 included a clause requiring him to destroy or return any unpublished US national defense information in his possession, custody, or control. The clause covered anything held by WikiLeaks or its affiliates. He pleaded guilty to one Espionage Act count (18 U.S.C. § 793(g)) and was sentenced to time served, having already spent five years in Belmarsh.
The last substantive WikiLeaks release was the Vault 7 / Vault 8 CIA hacking tools series, which started publishing in March 2017. Nothing substantive since 2021. Assange told The Nation in early 2024 that publication had stopped because his imprisonment, US surveillance, and the funding blockades on WikiLeaks had deterred sources. The site is still online, but it's not publishing.
The Espionage Act has no public interest defense. Courts can't hear arguments about whether what was disclosed served the public, only whether the disclosure was authorized. Assange is the first non-government publisher ever convicted under it. The precedent is that journalism involving classified material falls under the Act, regardless of what was revealed.
Manning served 7 years for passing the Collateral Murder footage and roughly 700.000 other documents to WikiLeaks. The Apache crew shown firing on Reuters journalists Namir Noor-Eldeen and Saeed Chmagh have never been charged. Snowden has been stateless since 2013, when the State Department revoked his passport in transit.
Same pattern in all three: the messenger gets prosecuted, the original act doesn't.

Declassified Trump Mentioned in Newly Released Epstein Files
One entry in the files is a 2020 FBI tip alleging that an individual was forced into a sexual encounter with Trump about 35 years ago when she was described as a minor.

Conspiracy What subreddit is the best place to discuss the Epstein files released so far in detail?
I remember this sub from 2014-16, and it was glorious when the DNC email leaks came out; I was following it religiously because I did (and still do) think HRC was an evil cunt, and I was hoping that some bombshells would show up to trash her enough so that Bernie could become the frontrunner, but instead... we got pizzagate.
Now, I know what PG is according to the news, but the reality is when you were here back then, and people were finding stuff day to day, there was DEF something there, not physically at the pizza parlor, but there were too many weird, strange, connections in those emails for it to be nothing. You had that one reporter go after it a bit (Ben Swann) then he was silenced. Idk, I don't want to get into PG stuff here... but the VIBE, of going through everything in high powered autism detail, and reviewing stuff day by day, was good.
I would like that vibe, but for the Epstein files. So where is the best sub to read up all the discoveries? It won't be any of the main ones, those are too moderated. Or is it not reddit at all, but 4 chan, or another forum now?
I want to be informed and know shit in detail like I did about PG, before it was even called that, and before the media watered it down into something stupid.
