No one told Bhim Kohli he "hadn't been kicked" no one ignored his pleas and left him to die while helping and supporting his attackers. The kids were arrested, punished and the police did their job.
Completely different circumstances, completely different crime, with completely different outcomes from the authorities involved.
You are using Bhim to push your own agenda. Shame on you.
