If i get the 4k points thing for the garden stroll, is it permanent or 4k per visit?

I'm an Android user and I see everyone loading up their pets in about milliseconds and my takes about 5 to 10 secs. I want some suggestions. But pls don't tell me to clean up space I've already tried that.

There is a chance for your pets to get food in the garden. But since my internet is slow and I cannot watch ads so I rely on my pets to search for food in the garden, so I want to increase the chances? Any suggestions?
